Description of Work: New roof, repair of garage ceiling where there was a leak & water stain.

Description of Work: I bought the $199 voucher to fix our roof leak. True Quality Roofing really reflects on their name by providing excellent service and fixed the leak with just one attempt. |After purchase the voucher, I provide 3 choices on appointment date. Within 24h, Dwight Steadman called back and confirm the agreed date. |On the appointment date, Dwight arrived a bit earlier. That was good. It is hard to have a service provider shows up on-time. After introduction, I proceed to show him the leak area on the attic along the history of all previous fixes. Dwight inspected the suspected leak area, the chimney and vents etc. and told me that he know what caused the leak(s). He then climbed on the roof and applied caulking around the chimney, damaged and/or loose shingles. He took about 12 pictures before and after the fixes and sent them to me by email. |The next day, there was a heavy rain. And voila no more leak. I texted Dwight let him know the result and thanked him for the good work. |Another good thing. My roof is a bit steep. Dwight can charge us extra for that but he did not. Thank you Dwight. |I strongly recommend Dwight for his excellent services

Description of Work: Dwight was awesome in handling my claim. He contacted my insurance company and made sure everything we needed was taking care of. He even went beyond the call of duty and took care of some other things around the house.
