Description of Work: Reid was very professional and knowledgeable about the necessary repairs that were needed on my roof; he installed gutters and a down spout in front of my porch; and he went beyond the call of duty to inform me of faulty shingles that were utilized on my roof and assisted me with contacting the correct personnel in reference to a class action lawsuit involving faulty shingles; I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a reputable roofer.

Description of Work: Great work one main roof. Horrible job on sunroom roof. Finally received a refund from company 3 weeks ago on that portion of the contract. I made an error in giving this company a glowing rating before they finished completing the sunroom roof that still leaks. I will never use this vendor again.

Description of Work: On first visit an examination of the problem was examined, and a date made for workers to come out. The first visit did not resolve the problem, but another visit was scheduled without any frustration on True Quality's part. I was told they would get the issue resolved...and they did. They also let me know that if I had further problems not to hestitate to call.
