I contacted True Quality Roofing and Jay came out, looked over the job and gave me a price. When the workers arrived to do they work, they discovered that the number of vent had been undercounted by two. Nonetheless, Jay honored the original price and completed the entire job. Quality of the work was great. I would definitely use True Quality Roofing again and would certainly recommend to my friends and family

After a few missed attempts and missed calls I was able to get the work done. They came early and finished quickly. The work was as expected. I will use again and recommend to others.

Professional experience from start to finish. Not many people do exactly what they sell you on, but Jay did.

They contacted me immediately. It went great. I was actually a little surprised. They got finished a lot faster than I expected but I guess that's because I didn't really know what I was expecting. They were very prompt. They made sure that everything was done and taken care of. They were pretty fast.

Jay and his crew at True Quality Roofing did a great job! Jay handled stripping off the old gutters, repairing and replacing a number of damaged fascia boards, pressure washing, prepping and painting the fascia and soffit areas and putting up new seamless gutters. My old gutters were in terrible shape but the house looks great now. I had one of the "big box" stores come out and give an estimate, but I sure am glad I went with Jay. His price was better and all inclusive! Even though the job was a tough one, and required a lot more work than expected, Jay gave me a fair price and stuck to it. No last minute adjustments or hidden fees. They even used a piece of gutter to make my wife a planter while they were there! I will be replacing my roof in the near future, and I will make only one call when that time comes. It is really refreshing to find a contractor that is on time, means what he says, does quality work at a fair price and stands behind what he does. I could not be more pleased!

They were GREAT! Everything done properly and on time with zero mess left behind. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. We would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Jay answered the phone when I first called and came out just a few days later. He was great to work with. When he looked at the gutters and downspouts on my house, he said I did not need to replace the downspouts, except one that was damaged. He said the rest of the downspouts would work fine with new larger gutters (saved me quite a bit of money and I appreciated that). He had his crew out within a week. They arrived on time and within four hours had completed the job. The crew was very professional and courteous and walked around with me to review their work when they were done. They cleaned up and the outside looked pristine when they left. I am so happy with how much better my house looks and no longer have to worry about leaves clogging the gutters. During the first hard rain, I noticed one area in the gutter near my front porch where water was not going into the gutter but was dripping over it. I called Jay the next day and within a few days another crew was there to fix it. It hasn't rain since then so I'll check it when it does. I'm sure he will be just as responsive if I see any other problems. I would highly recommend Jay and his team!

I was very close to closing on my home and I needed to replace the original roof to qualify for the lowest homeowners insurance cost. I called several roofers wirh only 1 person able to show up. When it came time to put the roof on, this person did not return my call. I had already called True Quality Roofing and spoke to Jay by phone during this time frame. I was a little skeptical when he said he would give me a quote by reviwing a google earth photo though. Jay was very nice and stayed in constant contact with me, so I gave his company a chance. I was glad I did! The roofing material was not on site when I left for work that morning, but when I drove by later in the day it was there, along with a full roofing crew working very hard. The foreman on site was courteous and answered all of my questions. The crew worked all day, finished that evening, and cleaned up completely around the house. jay called with a follow-up phone call and sent the warranty in the mail within a few days. Kayla in the office was also very nice and thorough. I rated the price a B because the intial cost was just for a 1 level roof without any rotten wood replacement cost. These additional costs were explained to me and they are fair. I highly reccomend True Quality Roofing!

Everything went extremely well. Following purchase of package, member received prompt call from Mr. Jay Filipiak to schedule an appointment for service. Member had his roof replaced in 2009 by another roofing company but has had a continuously leak from basement ceiling during heavy rains. The previous company that installed my roof had been none responsive and had failed to diagnose and fix this leak. This is why I purchased this service through Angie’s list. Mr. Filipiak arrived on-sight and was patient and understanding as I showed him the location of the water leak in my basement. Following this, he climbed up to my roof and immediately noticed areas of concern. He skillfully inspected/performed maintenance on my roof and kept me informed throughout the process as to what he was seeing and doing. For instance, he caulked the collar on my furnace vent, sealed around vent boot, sealed around my chimney, sealed uncovered nails, sealed nail holes under the shingles around the vents, sealed and secured loose shingles around vents and painted furnace vent and vent boot so they would better blend in with roof shingles, and secured loose gutter. I am very satisfied with Mr. Filipiak's professionalism and superb service.

We are out of state owners and Jay with True Quality Roofing made this process of replacing a seriously damaged roof easy. He was in contact with us throughout the entire process and showed us pictures of the roof before the work, in the middle of the work and after the work was done. We knew that there was going to be substantial damage to the structure of the roof and Jay really helped to keep costs down while maintaining excellent quality of product and service. He also helped us find an Insurance agent! He and his staff are great to work with -- so helpful and responsive. If there was anything I could change, it would be that they were here in California.

We had a hail storm last year and I was worried, that the roof of my home might have some issues. I gave a call to Jay and he was very very professional and inspected my roof free of charge. Since it was a new home, there was no damage done and he was very impressed with the builder work on the roof too. He has been very kind, generous and gave a professional viewpoint. Will definitely call him if I do encounter any issues with the roof in the future. Highly recommend him.

Jay's crew were here on time. He checked work himself and made sure everything was done to his standards. The crew cleaned up the scraps and took them away. He invoiced us with enough time to deal with an emergency repair expense and the unforeseen costs. A very good experience professional and courteous. GRADE A

Due to storm damage, I was in need of a new roof. Jay Filipiak with True Quality Roofing met with our insurance adjuster to determine if my existing roof was repairable or if a new one would be needed. Once it was determined my roof was unrepairable, Jay sat down with me and went over everything from what to expect from the insurance company to picking out the shingles for my new roof. It only took True Quality Roofers one day to strip off the old shingles, replace any damaged or rotted wood and put the new shingles on. Once the job was complete the clean up was exceptional. I never even knew they were there. The roofing quality looks fantastic. My new roof is beautiful! True Quality Roofing did a great job. Thanks Jay!!!

We still waiting for the picture, but it has gone well so far.

It went better than expected.

My experience with this company was 5 star! They were very accommodating and efficient. I was able to trust in the work they did and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Their follow through, integrity and strong work ethic were very impressive. I can be a skeptic with some companies, especially as a woman in doing this sort of major home repair. I felt as if this company was as considerate and caring about my home and property as they would have been with their own. The Golden Rule for sure -- treating others as you want to be treated. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs roofing service. I knew when I shook hands with Jay after my initial inspection that I wanted to do business with True Quality Roofing. I could tell he was genuine and just wanted to help me get a new roof. He held to his word every step of the way. I couldn't be more satisfied. Back of my house is 3 stories. Didn't have the equipment to get up that high and do the repairs myself and decided to leave it to the guys that did. Spoke with Jay, he gave me a price, showed up when he said he was going to, did the work he said he was going to do. Very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend him to anyone that asked.
