+ -1 moreI reached out to RemoteTechRx on behalf of my business computer issues. My laptop would only boot up to an error screen and I was worried I had lost my company data. RemoteTechRx was able to use some really cool tools to boot my computer in a repair mode. The technician was able to rebuild something that controlled how my computer boots and the next thing I knew; Windows came back and my company's data was still intact. I was so relieved. The tech then took the time to explain "cloud storage" that I was already paying for, and walked me through setting up a backup job. This was huge! As if that wasn't enough, remote tech offered me a service where they remotely monitor my computer making sure my virus program and general system performance is running correctly for a low monthly cost. That was a no brainer! Highly recommended.
