Description of Work: Did a great job explaining wireless interference and networking. However charged a lot extra for basic wiring work that took long time to complete. The consulting covered very little. Beware of extra charges for any real work beyond consult.

 + -1 moreI will be using PCS for all my computer needs. In this day and age it is hard to find an honest, knowledgeable, IT company that will do a good job at a good price. I would recommend Eric for any IT services you need.
Description of Work: Eric has worked on my laptop on a few different occasions. He does a great job and is very honest with his estimates and prices. He has replaced my AC jack on two occasions, and when my internal wireless card went out he could have charged me $150 for a new one. Instead he sold me an external USB device for $20 that does the same thing. Eric has also ordered me two power cords for the laptop. When one became damaged after a short time, he took care of getting a refund and replacement at no extra cost to me.

 + -1 moreLaptop was working on Monday. Went to use it on Wednesday, and it would not work. Called Eric after getting recommendation from Angie's list. Took lap top over that morning, and Eric tested and diagnosed the problem. He gave ma an estimate of the repair cost. He called me on Saturday evening and sasiid that the laptop was ready. I picked it up on Sunday morning. The cost was what he had estimated. I was using the laptop on Sunday afternoon. It worked just fine.

I first called Geek Squad (because they were the only ones I had previously used) The first appointment they had available was 6 days from when I called and their service fee was $130 minimum. I needed access sooner, so I checked the local yellow pages and found Eric. He was at my house in less than 2 hours, got everything working and charged a service fee of $35. I would highly recommend his service.
Description of Work: My computer router wasn't working and I was not able to get online. Eric got everything corrected and I was finally back online.
