"What is failed to mention $69 for a Home Network Assessment and Consultation was purchased using store front ads on Angie's list website. This Service is for 1 hour only, Second fail to mention the 3 additional hours spent wiring his home and setting up routers, diagnostics on signal strength because of SERIOUS interference of other electrical disturbances blocking the signal in locations of his home. 1st hour was for $69 because that's what you purchased, I was suppose to charge you $69/hr I cut you a deal with just $75 total for the extra time spent. $69+$75= $144. If you were to hire anyone else I guarantee it would have cost you over $200.. On top of all that you or your wife cover up the directional antenna with a picture frame to conceal the antenna and router after I done all that work. Last thing you asked after I was finished if there were any additional charges.... I said yes and you paid... If there was a problem why didn't you say something while I was standing there in front of you."

I will be using PCS for all my computer needs. In this day and age it is hard to find an honest, knowledgeable, IT company that will do a good job at a good price. I would recommend Eric for any IT services you need.

Laptop was working on Monday. Went to use it on Wednesday, and it would not work. Called Eric after getting recommendation from Angie's list. Took lap top over that morning, and Eric tested and diagnosed the problem. He gave ma an estimate of the repair cost. He called me on Saturday evening and sasiid that the laptop was ready. I picked it up on Sunday morning. The cost was what he had estimated. I was using the laptop on Sunday afternoon. It worked just fine.

I was unable to get online with my desktop or laptop. I first called Geek Squad (because they were the only ones I had previously used) The first appointment they had available was 6 days from when I called and their service fee was $130 minimum. I needed access sooner, so I checked the local yellow pages and found Eric. He was at my house in less than 2 hours, got everything working and charged a service fee of $35. I would highly recommend his service.
