We were not rushed into decisions during his presentation but benefited by his counsel in approach to and selections required in order to meet our objectives. All parameters were well defined during the sale and continued through completion. Stephen not only made the sale but also performed the installation. Stephen Moodie IS Peerless Kitchens! Due to inclement weather and a lackadaisical attitude by UPS, Stephen's projected materials delivery and project commencement would have been exactly on schedule. In order to expedite the project, Stephen picked up and delivered materials to our project in his van. We experienced excellent communication with and effort from Stephen throughout the project. Materials were handled with care. Laminate was applied to perfection. Drawers, cabinet doors and panels fit exactly. Following arrival at the beginning of the work day - prompt and as scheduled - Stephen worked diligently without breaks. Throughout the sale and installation, Stephen's attention to detail was superb. Regular cleanup enabled us,during the project, to use the kitchen as required. Final payment at the completion of the project conformed exactly to that initially quoted by Stephen. There were no "hassles" regarding remuneration. Stephen Moodie is not only experienced, but also a true and devoted craftsman. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with him and appreciate his diligence and integrity.
