Tom replaced two old wood garage doors with steel insulated garage doors, complete with new springs and tracks, and two Lift Master automatic garage door openers. Price was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the quality of the doors, openers, and installation. The doors are whisper quiet and I can control them with the remotes, keypads, or my smart phone. Tom kept me informed of the door manufacturer delivery allowing me to schedule installation as soon as the doors were ready. I highly recommend this company.

Called Mr.Tom Thursday. He came by. Gave me a quote. Informed me that Mr.Ted & Mr.Matt would be the 2 individuals that preform the Job. They came and did a Wonderful job. Told us what trimming We need for our damage wood. Which has nothing to do with the job they perform. This company is very Professional and Friendly. Love On Track Garage 🚪.

Tom took great care of me today. I called because I thought my chain was broken and I needed someone ASAP as my wife is an essential worker. Tom brought his expert opinion and was able to let me know that in fact it wasn't my chains but was my garage door opener which had bit the dust. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and got the job done in almost half the time he quoted me because he was so efficient. I really appreciate his hard work and definitely will refer him to family and friends as he did a wonderful job. Thanks again Tom.

The owner/manager scheduled a technician to come out the next day after my call. The technician repaired the problem quickly and for a very fair price. I had some questions after the service and the owner/manager resolved my concerns over the phone. I own several rental properties and had used another garage door service for the last six years. I called them first. They did not return my call for three days, and then told me that the earliest they could come out was next week. I decided to try OnTrack and their service was quick, effective and responsive. They will be my first choice for garage door services in the future.

I called and Zac asked a few questions and gave me a price for the work over the phone. He was here an hour later. Very professional. He did the work inspected the rest of the door and went over the warranty with me. In 2 hours from the time I called the problem was fixed. I was pleased with the price.
