+ -1 moreHe will be showing up pretty soon here for the air conditioning. He is just very conscientious. He is a nice guy. We have lived here for ten years plus, and he has been doing it ever since we moved here. He is a friend by now. He does whatever we need. He does a fine job at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: He comes in the spring and the fall, and does the checkup for the furnace and the a/c. He last came out to do the furnace. We have three furnaces in this house. He changes out the filters and checks to be sure that there is no leaking. He checks all the vents to be sure none of the gas is showing up. He makes sure that the furnaces are in good working order. He has changed out a couple of furnaces and a couple of air conditioners over the years.
