North American Tree Service is absolutely awesome!! Great work ethic! Very punctual- early. We have used them on multiple occasions over the years. They are hard working . They clean up as they go! They are SO nice. Thank you Mitch King for your wisdom and kindness! Thank you Mark & Mark and Dennis for your hard work and professionalism. Y’all are our absolute favorite. 😊

I had a large, damaged tree that needed to be removed, and North American Tree Service did a fantastic job. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so. The crew arrived on time, were polite, and put plywood planks across my yard to keep from damaging the grass with their equipment.

This is the second time we hired North American Tree Service. We initially had them remove trees on it lakefront property almost a year ago, and they did a fantastic job. So when we wanted to remove additional trees for our landscaping project, it was a "no brainer" on the company to call. The work was done very professionally. It was amazing to watch the process of tree removal with "zip lining" branches away from structures to prevent damage to our property. Mitch was very prompt and always available to answer questions. The staff was great. The on site workers were fantastic. I recommend North American Tree Service without reservation. VERY happy with all phases of service for both projects they were involved in.

Beautifully done, Scary to watch, Impressive results

The guys were very professional. I had several azaleas around the tree that was cut down. And could not believe that the guys cut the tree down without damaging them. They did a great job and clean up the area. This was the third time we have used North American and would use them again.

Mitch was excellent, came out the day after we contacted them and gave us an estimate. They are very fairly priced and they did excellent work. We will definitely call again if we need more trees removed.

I have used North American Tree Service several times over the years. Each crew has been different, but all have been excellent, from the actual work right down to cleaning up. I would recommend them without hesitation. There should be a rating for A++.

the crew did a great job...they sent enough guys to get the job done in the time frame given..they had all the correct equip..everything was done the same day (fri) except the stump grinding..which was done the following monday..the crew was very professional and clean up the area well before leaving...the cost was very reasonable

Very good experience. Explained things well before the sale. They had a competitive bid and I believe provided the best value! Executed well after the sale. Safe, quick, and were on time and friendly. Good follow through! I will certainly call them first for quotes again!

North American tree service guys were amazing. They arrived on time. They worked very hard and even let me watch from a distance. You should see how the guy in the tree was able to take down some of the real long limbs. It was very cool to watch them rope the limb down as they called it. I wish i had more trees that needed to be taken down. I will have these guys back to trim the trees around my yard as they grow. Thank you North American Tree Service.

left my yard looking like a logging operation had taken place. Stumps untrimmed, debris not cleaned, used dingo excessively even to pick up limbs, broke planter and left as is, moved one other planter but did not move back after leaving, left gate wide open ( dogs ran out). debris left on street where equipment parked.

North American Tree Service arrived on time and cut down several trees and hauled away the mess. They then removed the stumps. Excellent job.

All I can say is what a great job they did. They cut down the trees and cleaned up after. Very professional. I will definitely call them again to remove the rest of the trees on my property.

Jordan's crew showed up on time. After we walked our property and reviewed his work order, they went right to work. The work was accomplished as I desired. One of the track vehicles had a mechanical problem and another was delivered quickly. There was no delay in the schedule. This is the 3rd time I have used this company, and will call them the next time I need tree work done.

There was damage done to an ornamental tree in the yard that was not reported to me and also they failed to cut down two trees they had agreed to. After the work was done in June I contacted the company and complained about the above issues. They offered $300 to settle the issue. Afterwards I did not hear back from them and did not receive any compensation. In October Carol Watson from North American contacted me and apologized that they had not sent the check. There had been an oversight. Following this I received the check. Obviously based on the reviews the company has a very good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience.

Excellent. The arborist, Matt, came out and looked at the trees we wanted to remove. He gave us a fair estimate and gave us the Angie's List discount. He also was able to schedule the appointment to remove the trees right away. The four man crew came out and went to work. It took about 3 hours. They left the sections of the water oak we wanted to use and removed all other detritus. Very courteous, friendly, professional and efficient.

Wonderful. So when the storm came through, everyone else had trees falling and I did not. And we have land so they were very professional. They were there when they told you they told you they'd be there, they told you the cost and they were wonderful.

The came in, did what they promised and did it on time.

These guys ARE my tree company now. They showed up on time with an impressive array of equipment to get the job done right. The crew were very professional and seemed to really enjoy their work and worked together flawlessly. They had great respect for my lawn and my needs. Cleaned up my yard great and came the next morning to remove all the large logs.

I thought they did a good job. Their price basically came in the middle. I think that they were just a good price. They had the right equipment and they had all of the insurance and everything. They gave you the confidence that they were the company, that if anything had of happened, they had liability insurance, especially when taking down a tree, you don't want somebody out there cutting it down that doesn't have any insurance and an accident happens. I think between the professionalism and their easy to get in touch with the sales guy if I had any questions and then the insurance, all of it combined.

Professional, prompt and knowledgeable....but price was much higher than other estimate.

Very well. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up everything.
