Description of Work: I had purchased 2 deals. One for an appliance and one for electrical service. The washer he basically cleaned out the drain but then charged me an outlandish amount more. For the electrical service he cleaned a fan and did a basic maintenance on it but charged another large amount over the $170 value of the purchase.

Description of Work: Mine was a relatively simple job of installing an outside electrical outlet close to an outlet inside the wall. Since the Angie's Special did not include the parts, I asked Mr. V (the electrician) what I needed to get so I purchased the parts and was ready when he arrived. He called about 35 minutes ahead of his appointed time to let me know he was on the way. He went to work as soon as I showed him where I wanted the outlet and was done in about 20 minutes. The outlet worked fine and he was gracious enough to let me ask him about a couple of other electrical problems I had, and he even fixed one at no extra charge. All in all, Mr. V was on time, did the work, cleaned up and left a satisfied customer. I will call him if I have another electrical issue, for sure.

Description of Work: Installed two exterior motion detector light fixtures, including wiring to the existing electrical power, and replaced two light switches. When one of the fixtures did not provide sufficient lighting, I purchased a better fixture, and Mr. V. returned and replaced the one he had previously installed at no additional cost. The light switches were also installed at no cost.

Description of Work: Mr. V installed an outdoor ceiling fan. He checked the parts of the fan that I put together to ensure our safety and to confirm that I had done it correctly. He also installed the blades and attached a globe light to the fan. He worked quickly but thoroughly. And he answered all my questions. I really appreciated his professionalism and have a few more jobs in store for him!!

Description of Work: Mr. V added five recessed lights to our living room. He went over and above to make sure we were happy. He talked through appropriate placement of the can lights and helped us choose a good layout. He stayed late on a Friday night to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I would use Mr. V again for any electric issues or remodeling in the future.

Mr. V even made a run to Home Depot to replace a faulty fluorescent light. The whole experience with Mr. V was great. He was professional, prompt and provided the most efficient service I have ever experienced.
