The Technician that came was very young (24), he was prompt and on time. He resolved the main issue, but evidently, there was a second issue. He had to call in to get information on the second issue. He got the information and was able to resolve the issue. The problem was solved and the repair was complete. I would used Mr. V again.

He did a great job and his price was fair and honest , I received two other bids for the same work from Other companies and they misrepresented the work that needed to be done and try to charge me four times what Mr. V charged

No nonsense approach to work. I really enjoyed the professionalism and work ethic of the service man. Mr V personally called and checked on the work both pre and post. I will always use this service whenever I need appliance or electrical work around my house.

I have requested an itemized receipt and they will only give one with total charged. At first the dryer worked fine, now it will not stop automatically in one cycle. The tech broke one of the knobs and repeated promises to replace it they are yet to correct the problems.

Because the repair invoice showed a lump-sum amount, I wanted to know the price of the repair part, but the technician was unable to tell me. The owner, however, did provide that information. I felt the repair was somewhat pricey, but the technician did a very good job.

Gave a 2 hour window, which is great (most companies give 4 hours). Arrived on time, installed microwave flawlessly and was very professional. Will use them again.

Mr. V came the same day I called. I thought I had a minor problem, dryer vent disconnected from wall, but he determined that I had a severe lint problem. He showed me the problem and corrected the problem and I was very satisfied. I would defintely call him again.

Great quality! Great service! At the end of the day, I thought the markup for service and install was way too much for over the part alone for what I could buy it for. That being said, their professionalism was 5 stars. I do think they are capable for just about any fix.

I had a LG, top loading washing machine that was leaking a little bit of w water--he observed washing cycle to see where it was coming from--checked all the lines,...and it is now no longer leaking. Mr, V was personable, knew his business and just took care of my problem. Will definitely use his service again.
