Problem with dryer was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Works great now. He also took time to look at the refrigerator and showed me the areas that needed cleaning. There was a lot of dust/hair build-up due to our dogs. Was given a discount for two jobs performed. Great job and finished quickly. Would definitely hire again!

There was a leakage in our refrigerator whenever water was dispensed. And I am glad Mr. V Appliance folks fixed it. It has been more than a week now and I do not see any signs of leakage. And they seemed to have good knowledge of what to fix. Since someone else who checked the same problem before said the entire system at the top needs to be replaced and quoted 3 times more. Happy with the fix from Mr. V Appliance and Electrical.

I hired them to fix noise on my freezer, paid 289.00 to fix, but the issue was not fixed. I called and they came back and charge another 60.00 service fee to only tell me it would be another 875.00 to fix. I have paid 349.00 and the freezer is still making same loud noise.

Or experience with Vadim was beyond 5 stars. We had an issue with our refrigerator making a very loud humming sound. The noise started yesterday and we moved the unit and ran a vacuum to clean out any dust. By this morning, the noise settled down but it still ran louder than it should. Vadim did a thorough checkup and could not find any issues and of course the humming stopped when he was here. He charged us nothing for the diagnosis and asked us to wait a couple of days to see if it started again or if another issue came up. I would recommend Mr. V Appliance to everyone. This is a company with integrity and respect.

Our 5 year-old top of the line Samsung washer quit working and I wasn't quite ready to purchase a replacement so I called Mr. V after a thorough Google search one evening. My call was fielded right away and a house call was scheduled for the next morning. Alex A. called me in advance of his arrival, was on time, greeted me professionally and genuinely upon arrival, and got right to work diagnosing the issue with my washer. It was evident he was experienced as he was already running through possibilities that he said he had seen in the past with these models. He invited me to stay and watch him work so he could answer any questions. As an engineer, I appreciated the opportunity to understand what he was doing. Alex narrowed the cause of the issue to two parts, left to get the parts from the distributor, and returned promptly to repair. It turns out it was the lesser expensive of the two parts that needed replacing which I believe only further affirms the man's honesty. Our washer was back up and running within hours and my marriage is saved! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this honest operation, would DEFINITELY call them again!

The tech was here the same day to repair my refrigerator.. Diagnosis was fast. Fortunately he had the replacement module needed in his truck so the job was finished within a half hour. Everything seems to be working fine. The reason I rated the value as only three stars is that I'm used to doing my own repairs and the cost seemed high to me, however it may be a competitive rate, Im really not sure.
