They called before arrival and showed up on time, The technician was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my LG washer and had the part needed to replace. The estimate was right at repair total cost. I was very impressed that within an hour, the part was replaced effeciently and professionally. There was no mess to clean up behind also. We had called other companies but they did not call or show when they said they would. Mr. V will be our first call from now on.

The technician arrived within an hour of my call. Found the problem with the refrigerator not cooling right away. Even had the brand's part to fix it with him. Very courteous and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Prompt and very courteous.

I had them come out to look at a dryer that wouldn't power on. It turned out to be a broken breaker. They serviced my dryer and replaced two breakers. While the work was done satisfactorily, I learned that I was severely over charged for the replacement. The cost of the breakers at Lowes or HD was approximately $40. I was charged $250 for 30 minutes of work, as I was told that the breakers were "special" and very expensive. I would not trust the recommendations for future work. In an emergency, I might use them if no one else was available.

This company was awesome. If/when one of our appliances has another issue, we will ONLY be calling Mr. V.

My five-year-old Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine had a broken gear set according to Ivan at Mr. V Appliance Repair. Repair costs would be approximately $350. I chose to purchase a new machine instead. He was ok with the decision since the scope of that repair would involve so much labor, he would clear little profit.

It was a very good experience. The service tech was very knowledgeable,polite,and completed the work quickly and the cost very reasonable. I was completely satisfied.

We just had the technician come out and look at our leaking refrigerator. His assessment let us know that repair would be fairly costly and a new refrigerator was a better option. We appreciated his expertise and help.
