Technician David was very professional, explained the work and was very respectful. Only thing that surprised me was the price. It was a bit higher than I anticipated ($414.00 for new compressor), but still cheaper than replacing the Fridge. I would use them again.

David called me to let me know his estimated time of arrival, and showed up promptly when he said he would. He is very professional and got right to the work needing to be done. He repaired my refrigerator and explained what he did so that I could understand it. He is very courteous and professional, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

David is a very nice young man. He was prompt, courteous, well-presented and did his best to explain the problem and the options. He was able to repair our refrigerator, which was freezing food, in less than 45 minutes time. I thought $180 was a bit high to repair a "stuck motor", and there was some confusion about the service fee, which I thought should have been deducted from the $180. Overall, I'm pleased with the service, but the company needs to do a better job explaining the pricing. A written estimate and explanation of repair after the troublehooting was completed would help eliminate the confusion.

Mr. V Appliance was quick to respond and set up appointment. Arrived on time and discussed problem thoroughly. David was professional and I will be calling them again for any future appliance problems. I like they applied service call towards the repair work versus charging a separate fee.

Came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. Returned the next day with needed parts and quickly fixed the problem. Also thought the price was reasonable. Young man was very professional and knowledgable.
