After repairing the initial problem the technician carefully checked to make sure the dishwasher was working. He discovered a leak in a different part and brought it to our attention. He didn't have to tell us about the leak an it was getting late on a Friday afternoon but he got the part that was needed and worked on until it was fixed.

Great service, but labor costs are ASTRONOMICAL. Part that was replaced sells for $80 online (retail), I was charged $369 total and the service guy didn't spend more than an hour on it. Be sure to ask for a breakdown of parts and labor and then do some research BEFORE authorizing the service.
