Please look at the many other reviews like mine. I had David come out and paid for the diagnostic. I was told what needed to be repaired. My husband and I left him multiple voice mails and he never returned our phone calls, as a result they did not do the repairs. Very shady business. Do not use.

Unethical. Hired them to fix several things wrong with my oven. They fixed most, but the hinge that they replace was broken the day the technician told me it was fixed. While I was OK with the things they had not fixed yet, I asked them to come back and replace the hinge that I paid for them to fix. They refused. They said it had nothing to do with the other problems - EVEN THOUGH I PAID THEM TO REPLACE IT!!! I said that I understood, but I had still paid to have the hinge replaced and they did not. They quit answering my calls. I appealed with the credit card company and they told them that since I signed and paid the invoice, it was my problem. When the technician left I was on a work call - and trusted him when he said it was all fixed. It was not and it is a clear ethical issue with the technician. To be clear - I paid them to fix a hinge and other things, they did not fix everything but got the oven working, and then simply refused to come back and fix the hinge that was broken before I ever even used it. I gave them 3 months, the technician at least corresponded with me and said I had to pay for the glass he broke (on our oven) out of his own pocket so could not do anything else to help... even though he had broken the hinge too. The gal at the front desk was nice and polite and told me to call the owner. I texted/called over 10 times, being very polite. He never once even responded. It is a shame, because this is less about service and more a show of lacking being an ethical company. They broke the part they were supposed to replace, and refused to take care of it. Do not trust this company.

I had two appointments - one to diagnose the problem, the other to fix it. The serviceman was over two hours late for both appointments without a call or explanation. I did call the office on the first day and did not receive a response until 2 1/2 hours later to ask did he ever show up. I felt the cost for the actual 10 minutes of work was high and wonder if this might have been because the serviceman had to drive a good distance. I think this should be considered before bidding on a job.

I had Boris, a technician from Mr. V come out and repair our Samsung Refrigerator. Boris was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was VERY knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also quite fast but thorough in making the needed repairs. He explained everything he was doing before the work as well as during the job. In my honest opinion, they do not pay this kid what he is worth! I hope all of Mr. V’s employees are as good. I will be calling this company for all of my appliance repairs from now on. Thanks Mr. V’s!!!

On 2/10, Mr. V. confirmed a next-day service call with me to look at an electric clothes dryer that dried fine, but did not shut off at the end of timed cycles. It remained heated and the drum kept spinning. Prior to the service call, I was advised that if I needed repairs, they would be itemized for me and the service call charge would be deducted from the total amount of the repairs. I paid the service charge for their 2/11 visit, explained to **Dennis** that I was interested in the full repair quote and application of the service charge amount to the full repair. He advised that the company would **write it up** send the itemization to me the next business day, and schedule the repair job. I texted Dennis on 2/15 using the same number he used to interact with me up to the date of the service call - no response. It is April. I never received a quote/invoice for the full repair to which I would have been able to apply the $60 I paid for the service call. I last e-mailed Mr. Vs business e-mail (as printed on their business card/refrigerator magnet) on 4/19, 10 days ago, and still received no response. There is no way to properly **service a customer** if you will not engage with them. The service technician was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. It just all fell apart the moment he left my home and the company went ghost.
