I've had two service calls with Mr. V Appliance and Electrical and two different technicians and both were extremely professional, on time, knowledgeable of their craft and did a FANTASTIC job. They covered their shoes when they entered my home and cleaned up after they completed the job. I highly recommend Mr V Appliance and Electrical to anyone.

Dmitry was exceptional! He diagnosed the issue, reviewed the cost and timeline to repair. He even gave us several price points/options to choose from. He was courteous, friendly and professional. We have found our go-to appliance repair company! **UPDATE** No longer use this provider. After having several good interactions with them we began to have difficulty. The email provided on the website was wrong and calls to the schedule were not returned. When we did get scheduled no one would show and we had to call to reschedule as if they did not even notice we had not been taken care of. Had to have a tech come back after the incomplete job was done cleaning our commercial ice maker, it took nearly two weeks to get him to come back. They were a good company but it seems that have taken their eye off the ball.

My overall experience was great. Oleg was very efficient and did a great job of explaining to me what the problem and how it could be repaired. He was very professional, and he worked very quickly. He saved us some money by discounting the cost of the repair work, also. I am glad thus far that I called Oleg and Mr. V to service our appliance, and we will look to them in the future as well.

Do not use this company, I have had them to come out 3 times so far to repair my ice maker. I have had 2 water leaks since and my floors and cabinets are damaged. I signed a invoice when he completed his 1st repair and in the invoice I have no recourse for my floors or cabinets to be fixed. I will be taking them to court still. AGAIN, DON'T USE MR V APPLIANCES, I've paid over 500.00 and still no ice making. Uuuggghhhh. See them in court.

Fixed my combination microwave/oven that is installed in the cabinets. Did not charge me extra for all the work to take out the unit. Diagnosed the issue with the microwave quickly and performed the repair. Very reasonable price for all that work. They could have charged me a lot more, since the combo unit is expensive, but they were honest and were able to repair the microwave by simply replacing the locking sensors and not an expensive part. Only good things to say about this company.

I was able success have someone come out on the day that I call for service 12/7 and the person was able to clean out our air vents that he said was a part of the reason the dryer wasn?t heating and also replaced the thermostat however within 72 hours after the repair (8 pm on 12/9) the dryer was not reheating again and The total bill was $461.40!!!! Since it was late, I waited and called on Sunday 12/ 10 and the voicemail that said that they were on another call &. And they will call me back usually within 10 minutes, however I never received a call including the next morning when I left the house at 7:45 AM. I left a voicemail message and I never got a call but my husband was able to get in talk directly to someone around 10:00 AM on 12/11 and he was told that the earliest someone come back out was between 1 - 4 PM on 12/12, however the repairman didn?t come until 5:30 PM and we didn?t receive a call until 3:30 pm from him vs the office scheduler, stating he was stuck in traffic!!! It was the same repair repairman and this time he said the new (????) thermostat that he had just installed on 12/7, was not working correctly!!!? It shouldn?t of taken them that long to come back and recheck after we had paid for the repair and if he knew what he was doing why had did it malfunction within 72 hours!!!!! As I already stated, I left voicemail messages but never got a return call, so the customer service piece is unsatisfactory, not we did not get a recheck of our paid services within a timely manner!!! However, the service repairman was very nice however. Husband spoke to the owner of the company the very next day, 12/13 and he discussed our issues with the repair and customer service, and he stated that he would call and talk to me but I never got a call from him as well.

Always skeptical with repair services that aren't suggested by someone I know but this changed all that! Thank you HomeAdvisor for doing the legwork for me!
