The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but explained my options to either fix the problem or purchase a new unit.

My technician was wonderful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I guess the price was fair. It seemed a little high, but I have nothing to compare it to.

They wanted nearly $200.00 the day after looking at my dryer -- I discovered a belt hanging inside the dryer the first time using it after being told my dryer was good. I tried to talk to them saying I couldn't believe I was being charged anything given the cicumstances, but was always met with "this is the price for the work required". My service tech was nice and respectful, but unyielding when trying to discuss price the following day. I don't expect special treatment. I don't deserve to have to eat the costs of replacing this belt thing either. Long story short: I'm having to buy a dryer, which will be here Friday. I didn't want a new one, so I am reluctantly paying the local diy home store for a new one and installation. I get the chance to buy one from them for about $450.00. This is $410.00 more than I wanted to spend. I believe the tech left this belt loose incorrectly or out of place or similar, which caused it to come off track and hang down in the opening past the door. I guess I'm blessed to have worked for people who would've simply had the part replaced on their dime, since this behavior disgusts me. No Thanks, Mr. V Cliff Bowden

Had a great experience. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem immediately and make the repair to my dishwasher. It has worked great ever since!
