Customers Service was great! On time 30 minutes before scheduled time. Repair time was about an hour. Price was a little more than I expected but they offered a 90 day warranty on parts and services so that made it a little easier to hand over the payment. Serviceman was very nice. He had to return, was prompt in returning and fixed the problem.

I hired Mr. V to fix the ice maker in my French door refrigerator with bottom freezer. The icemaker is located in one of the French door compartments. Mr. V was unable to fix the icemaker and when he left, the bottom freezer also stopped working because Mr V. broke the Freon line. He came out seven more times to fix the icemaker and revive the freezer, but was unable to fix either. He said the unit is a "lemon". It was only 3 years old, and cost over $4,000, but I ended up having to purchase a new unit. Worst experience ever.

It was a pleasant experience making an appointment, both online and by phone. Their customer service reps awesome! We had them come out twice and had the same technician, and in our case was a huge plus because he already knew our situation. The first time he came out there was not much he could do but diagnose the problem. We fix that issue ourselves. However, our dryer still was not working correctly. So on his second visit, after trying everything he could think of, rebooting the system was all it needed. He was extremely professional! Mr. V Appliance and Electrical is not only professional on all levels but is also exceptionally cost-efficient.

The service man was very professional. He explained in detail what was wrong w/oven and the cost to fix.

He could not fix the problem as it was not the dryer but my electrical that was the problem. He was upfront and honest and I REALLY appreciate that.
