My review is not based on the quality of their work, but their scheduling system. I scheduled an appointment for a 7am service call. I received the email confirmation from Home Advisor and a phone message from Mr. V to confirm. I called Mr. V back and left a voicemail confirming I needed service. Since I don't currently live at the property where the appliance is located, I got up early to be there in time. Long story short, no one ever showed and the person in the office said an appointment had never been scheduled for me because I had not spoken with a customer service rep and they don't typically schedule 7am appointments. I know these things happen, but super frustrating since I feel like I returned their call to confirm. I don't think it should be on the customer to keep calling until I speak with a live person to ensure their appointment is secured. I bet their technicians are amazing, but I just wasted my morning and still have a broken appliance that needs repair.

I couldn't be more pleased with Mr. V Appliance & Electrical. I called about my dishwasher that got stuck in the wash cycle. Alex spent about an hour doing diagnostics and did some cleaning of the outlet . . . and my dishwasher is working with no needed parts. The total charge for the visit was under $40! Amazing!

Prompt to answer call. Though ran into difficulty in old washer repairman stuck it out, fixed it good as new. No extra charges for additional hours it took to repair washer. Very pleased.
