As a waterproofing business owner I often get calls from homeowners going through a real estate transaction. I recently was called by a buyer who was purchasing a home and had some questions about the issues reported in the the crawl space. I asked for the report and was given a report provided by labrador home inspection LLC. Let me just start by saying this, I was amazed by the incorporation of videos and thorough explanation on the issue. I was able to fully see the issue thanks to the different videos provided by the inspection report and it made it easy for me to give a price and repair plan to the buyer. I definitely will be recommending this company to homeowners who need an inspection report.

OMG...there isn't enough I can say about Mr. Jemere Nelson and his work. First let's start with his response time...On point! He didn't hesitate to contact me when I needed help immediately. He also worked around my schedule when I had an emergency at my home. Second...his professionalism - I could go on and on about his professionalism. Very polite, well spoken, timely and affordable. Lastly...his knowledge of homes is incredible. He keeps it real and honest with his clients. The report of the inspection is not your typical report. He has pictures, videos, summaries and suggestions on how and where to go for repairs. He will also do a walk through of the house with you when he is complete to show you close up the issues at hand. Jemere took no time getting the report back to me that same day...less than other home inspectors. I will continue to use and refer Jemere Nelson to everyone I know purchasing a home! Great communication throughout the whole process. Informed me of all services provided and what is included with each. I believe I received a very thorough inspection at a great price. The inspector took the time to speak on the phone to go over the report and was patient with all questions. Highly recommend and would hire again.
