After almost 2 months lawn looks the same. Going with TrueGreen

On 9/9/2020 I had a phone conversation with Joe Hall, a Kemko manger. We talked about 4 weeds growing in my yard in which one of them needed a "kill all' herbicide to get rid of it. That means it would also kill my grass and he needed me to sign a waiver before treatment. On Oct. 14, Joe still hadn't brought the waiver or done the treatment so I questioned him about dropping the ball. He proceeded to blame ME rather than taking responsibility for HIS mistake of not doing what he said he would!. He told me that I said don't come the next day, (9/10/2020) because it was going to rain ( I did say don't put the product down when rain was expected & he was in agreement, stating he wanted the product to be on the weed a while before it rained) & then he said, Monday came and we were just going, going, going (busy). 10/14/2020 Joe Hall, could care less about customer service or specialized treatment for each individual lawn. Every lawn gets the same cookie cutter application of product. The herbicide the tech brings on the truck will NOT kill every weed in your lawn, for some weeds it takes a specific herbicide to kill it. I had crabgrass growing in my yard all summer & it was NEVER treated until I called and told them I still had weeds. Joe said it takes a specific herbicide that they don't carry on the truck and the tech would come back out. When it was time for my Oct. service, I said the tech needs to bring the product to kill crabgrass because I still have it. Joe said he didn't care about the crab grass because it would die out with the cooler weather. Obviously, he didn't ever care about it since it grew in my yard all summer. During the entire time i had an account with Kemko I had to constantly manage my yard, checking behind the tech, & make repeated phone calls about things the tech should have been taking care of, but didn't. I do NOT recommend Kemko. You'd be better off treating your own yard. I have canceled my account with them!

They grass looks fine now and they were recommended by the neighbor.

The price is reasonable. I liked that they took care of the lawn problem we had. What I do not like is that is seems like they come more often then they should need to.

My grass needed help...BADLY. We received multiple letters from our Homeowner's Association about the overgrown weeds in our yard. After two treatments by Kemko, our weeds are now gone and our yard is the greenest on the street. We couldn't thank them enough for their service!

I don’t schedule them to come out because I’m just down for a follow up treatment. One time I had some fungus in my yard and 2.53 about them. It all ran away and I kept using them, and they just keep coming back. The price is either $34 or $54. It depends on what they actually do or what they apply like fungicide or the regular treatment. I like them because their treatments work. My yard was really looking bad and whatever they did has worked. That’s always a good thing. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very reliable. I like that every year they check if I want to continue with the fungicide treatments. They come every two weeks in the summer for the fertilizers. I pay them per visit. I think that they are a little bit more pricey than some other companies, however I feel that I get what I pay for.

Kemko always does a great job at what they do. They really have my lawn looking superb. I would definitely suggest that others should give them a try as well as they are a very good company to work with.

They do a good job. They come when they say they will. However, they don't leave recommendations and seems like I'm at the end of the fertilization cycle, in that all other lawns in the neighborhood have already been fertilized by the time Kemko gets to me. If I have a concern, they will come out. I sense I'm not in their prime service area. Also, they have never gave a recommendation for servicing the trees. However, they are better than the NAME brand companies I've used in the past. So out of 5 companies I've used in 15 years, they are the better one.

I have used this company for years and am very pleased. My lawn is in excellent condition. If any weeds or problems occur between treatments, they come out and take care of it at no extra charge and in a timely manner. I feel the price is reasonable.

WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THE SERVICE THEY PREFORMED WAS NOT TO OUR NEEDS.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY STOPPED WHEN WE TOLD THEM TOO. REASONABLE PRICE.
