They were o.k. They weren't successful in fixing the leak. They have been in business for a long time. A realtor recommended them to me. They came out promptly. They were very professional. He wasn't able to find the leak in the duplex that I rent out. I have had 3 or 4 different companies out to try and fix the leak. It must just be a really hard to find leak. They were the most expensive company that came out.

It went great. Carl and Josh showed up when scheduled and worked steadily for several hours until completion. Carl answered all my questions. Everything is working great.

They gave us a correct estimate and fixed it within 48 hours. They were responsive and punctual.

Our faucet in the kitchen began leaking and we attempted to repair it. In the attempt,the old parts began to break and the job was beyond our skills so we looked on Angie's List for a plumber. We found Keep Smiling Plumbing Repair Service and called them on 11-12-08. We talked to Beverly who answers the phones and she gave us helpful info on the possible parts we would need and an estimate for the work. The actual work date was 5 working days later. The plumber and his assistant arrived as scheduled, took a look at our problem areas, listened to our concerns, and then got to work. In a couple of hours, the repairs that we needed were finished. Together with the plumber, we surveyed the completed work and paid our bill which we thought was appropriate for the work done.

They came out and did the job well. They were prompt and they did not take long to get the job done. It was around the price range I thought it would be.

I had discovered the leak under my sink, called the Keep Smiling office and asked if they could send someone over. I was told the truck had just been in my neighborhood that morning, and they'd try to get them to come back that afternoon. And they did. The repairmen assessed the problem, and after giving me a reasonable quote and obtaining my okay, they replaced the old garbage disposal with a newer model. After installation, they cleaned up the floor and walls of the cabinet under the sink, which were soaked with foul liquids from the leaking garbage disposal unit. They also suggested I leave a fan on to completely dry the cabinet area. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. I also appreciated that they deducted the $10 trip charge because I was an Angie's List member.

The work which was not an emergency since I had turned off the water to both the lavatory and toilet. It was originally scheduled for four days in the future due to a holiday weekend, but the office called later in the day and offered to come that same day due to a cancellation. The workers (2-one of whom was an apprentice) removed and replaced the entire parts inside a toilet tank which itself had to be completely removed. They were required to cut a 36 year old pipe which was so corroded that the nuts and bolts could not be removed. The apprentice was closely supervised at all times. They also replaced a cartridge in a 36 year old faucet. The results were a toilet and faucet in very good working order. The entire job took just over one hour. The workers had with them all of the tools and supplies needed to do the job, even including the towels needed to deal with the water. They left the two bathrooms with absolutely no evidence that they had even worked there. I have never had cleaner, quicker, or more professional plumbers. In addition, the cost was barely more than half that of my last plumbing call that involved only the replacement of an 8" plastic connection on the outside of one toilet. He came and reviewed items from the home inspection report. He went through the list very thoroughly and gave me an estimate that was less expensive then other service providers. He took time to listen and also explain things that I didn't understand unlike other service providers that I have used.

It is a family owned and family ran business. They are very reliable and professional. The rates are reasonable so I was real happy.

They were very friendly. They where very professional about the job. They always showed up on time to do the work for me. They cleaned up everything when they where done.

it went great they brought a very big truck. It looked like they could repair anything that they needed with out going back to the shop. the work was quick and thorough.

They came when they said they would and everything was as they said it would be. I was very pleased with them. They were very reasonably priced. I'd already used them before, so I didn't hesitate using them again! I will definitely use them in the future!

Arrived on time and well groomed young man named Brant...the phone staff (Adriana) was excellent. The work was performed in a very professional manner and saved me many dollars on future plumbing jobs. Replacing the pressure valve relieved the water pressure (which was way too high) from the county. Saving me the cost to repair valves or other hoses.

All went well and very quick. I was quoted $220.00, but the plumber got here and saw an easier/cheaper solution. Quick, courteous, and cleaned up after himself.

THEY DID NOT DO THE TYPE OF WORK THAT I NEEDED. THEY RECOMMENDED ANOTHER CO. THEY WERE PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL.

Very professional, cleaned up after themselves. I call them for references if I need other types of repairs like electrician and heating and air professional.

Because it was after hours (don t all things of this nature happen after hours?) I had to leave a voice message. Very early the next morning I received a call from Carl, the owner of the company. After explaining what happened, he not only was able to arrange for someone to come out that day, but also provided an estimate over the phone before even seeing the job. JC, the young man who came out, was courteous and prompt. He assured me it wasn t very bad and had it repaired in about 1 hour. The estimate was right on the money and we were very happy with the service. We would recommend them to everyone. We certainly will use them the next time our plumbing requires help.

I have been very satisfied with this company's service. I have also had them come to my house in the past for leaky pipes and other small plumbing problems. They are easy to get in touch with and schedule my service within a timely manner.

They were everything I expected; they came on time and worked very quickly. The work that they did is fine and nothing has gone wrong with it. He was really polite and when we asked him a few questions, he had no problem talking to us and answering them. I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with them as we have used them several times and they have always been great for us. They installed all of our plumbing in the bathroom originally. They are very good clean plumbers. They fixed the toilet from running and they are reasonably priced. They don't leave a mess in my house, either. I like their service because they always seem to know what they are doing and are honest.

I was out of town on vacation when the tenant called. I went on Angie's list to find a plumber close to the property that could go by there. The person that answered the phone was very nice. I explained my situation and they were able to work with me. They talked to both the tenant to schedule a time and communicated with my boyfriend who was in town overseeing the call. They educated the tenant on the type of paper they should be using with the low end toilets the builder put in this house. I certainly didn't know you had to worry about the paper when you were on sewer.

I called and they were able to come the next day. They called before coming, were here within 30 mins. They knew exactly what to do, fixed the problem and left. They were very courteous and friendly. The cost was exactly what they said it would be.

I was extremely pleased with the work of KEEP SMILING. I received a pre-arrival call as promised. The repairmen arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were always professional. They made the repair efficiently, explained the trouble that I had been having and were finished in under about 30min. I will not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them highly to anyone who needs a good plumber. Thanks guys.

They are very pleasant to work with (however, unwilling to come out to look at the work and provide an estimate - gave estimate over the phone based on my description of the problem). They called on the day of service to confirm the appt and arrived on time. They are very clean and professional technicians. They worked quietly and quickly with little disturbance. They seemed knowledgeable of the problem and repair. They cleaned up all debris. They provided detailed instructions for testing leaks and usage over the first 2 weeks.

I called and they explained what they thought the problem was and about how much it would cost. Showed up on time and were very nice. Explained to me what all needed to be done and why. Did the job and came in almost exactly to what was quoted. These people restored my faith in people taking pride in their work. I would highly highly recommend them. Super nice!
