Description of Work: I'd been having a leak from my hot water heater release pipe outside my house. I call several plumbing companies to discuss what the potential issue could be you can imaging the different senerios and prices I got. I then had someone come take a look at it and tell me exactly what the issue was their cost was way over the top. I call Keep Smiling plumbing and explained what I need done and the first thing they told me was they would run a series of test to be sure that was the issue because their was no need to replace something that wasn't broken. Josh came out and promptly at my schedule appointment time. Ran test and completed the replacement of my PRV and nuke valve on my hot water heater. Thank you for the outstanding service! Hopefully I will never need your service again...but if I do I will be calling.

Description of Work: We needed to replace our water heater. Also, we had a challenging situation, due to a pipe blocking the path of removing the old water heater. They were able to remove the pipe to install the new water heater, then replaced the pipe.

+ -1 moreKeep Smiling Plumbing has been our plumber for over 6 years. The best thing about Beverly and Carl is that they educate you over the phone and in one instance told me how to find a plumbing leak on my own. It was easy! They are always on time, do impeccable work and answer the phone!
Description of Work: Most recently, they fixed leaks in 2 old toilets and installed new bathroom faucets. They directed me in finding the best faucets and were kind but firm when telling me they would prefer not to install inexpensive faucets from a big box store. I took their advice.

+ -1 moreKeep Smiling Plumbing Repair Service did an excellent job replacing our existing toilet. We did research the particular model that they recommended to us and had them install it. After the original toilet was removed, it was obvious the quality of that installation was very poor. Even pennys had been used to help level the base. Because of the repairs needed, the new toilet was installed several days later. The repair was an unexpected expense, but well worth it considering the amount of time it took to complete and the end result. We have been very satisfied with the toilet model they suggested. The team were on-time and worked hard to get the job done. I highly recommend Keep Smiling Plumbing.

I found Keep Smiling and saw their review were very good. I called yesterday and they were able to fit us in today. They were extremely professional father and daughter team. They not only did a great job my wife loved the fact they cleaned up everything and explained the problems we had with our old toilets. My wife loves the fact that there is a female Master plumber that she can call and not worry about her safety etc. Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

The repair involved cutting a hole in the wall on the back side of the shower behind the water handle to verify the leak and then repairing a leaking stem.

They had to come back to repair a leak that developed and they repaired the problem at no charge. Their trucks contain an inventory that will allow them to repair almost anything while on the call without stopping to get parts. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
Description of Work: Reinstalled a toilet after having tile flooring installed. Installed a new sink in the same bathroom.
