Description of Work: We had them fix some minor plumbing issues, including a running toilet and sink pull up stopper. Approximately 3 weeks later, the pull up stopper broke. I looked up a video on You tube and found that the mechanism the fixed was corroded and needed to be replaced. which thanks to the you tube video and an 8 dollar part from Home Depot it took me about 5 minutes to fix and it hasn't broken since. Now the toilet that they fixed started running again in August 4 months later. When I asked them to come fix it, they informed me that there would be a charge because they only warranty their parts and labor for 90 days. So back to You Tube I go. These were small minor repairs. I wouldn't trust them with anything major!

He showed up when he said he would and looked over most of the plumbing system in the house. He told us some things we may need to watch for, but not necessarily have fixed.
Description of Work: We hired them to repair a leak in our master shower drain. We had water coming in through our ceiling below the drain. They also fixed some faucets that would not turn off completely and replaced some water handles that were not working properly.
