Jerry Asbury Roofing

I did not (and never will) use this company. I was awakened a little before 7:00 a.m. on a Friday morning, my day off, by the sounds of hammering and other unknown noises. I looked out my window to see what was going on and saw a roofing crew at work on my neighbor's house. Early that afternoon I walked over to see what company it was. I saw a truck with Jerry Asbury Roofing on the side. I called the number printed on the truck to complain and see if they could maybe start a little later in the morning. He said he was actually helping another roofer and rattled off the name too fast for me to catch. His tone was gruff and unprofessional. I had been unhappy when I called and I was definitely angry now, but I had been polite to him the entire time. I told him I didn't think I would ever want to use his company (we do need a roofer) and he said he didn't care and hung up on me. If this is any indication of the quality of his work, I sure wouldn't ever want him working on my house.
