Wonderful company to work with. They were on time and honest. Told me that the tank was only 1000 gal tank and not 1500 and only changed me to pump out the 1000 gal tank.

Jeff was good, he call back quickly after I left a message and came out a couple of day later to do the work. You could not even tell in the yard where he had worked because he really did a great job putting he grass back in place. We were very pleased with the way it all went. I would defiantly use him again.

JC was very professional, and even had a look at the country records for my house to figure out where the connection was, without me having to prompt him to do that (I only realized on the day of the service that I had no idea where it was). He and his crew were in and out pretty quickly (I'd say maybe 30 minutes total). Charged $100 less than his initial estimate, I assume because my septic tank was smaller than I had estimated.

Responded very quickly to request for appointment. Jason was very prompt and professional. The crew took care of cleaning the septic tank with a minimum of disruption and got everything done neatly and well.

Jeff was very polite and fit us in to his already busy schedule. He got to our house right on time, and figured out our issue in no time. We ended up just having him pump the tank and replacing the pump ourselves to save money, but I do not think his prices were unfairly high. He was honest about the cost and told us what to get if we were going to fix it ourselves. Would definitely recommend this company!

I loved them. Their prices were well below the quotes. They gave us a worst case scenario quote so we ended up saving a little money on the house we were buying. Then when there weren't as many problems they came in under budget. They were wonderful. They came out fast and when they said they would . I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Jason and crew answered my questions regarding the service, reasonable price and good clean up after the job. The area that was serviced looked much the same as it did before they began the work. No oversell of products or services like some other septic tank service companies I have used in the past. They did the work effectively and efficiently. Would use JC Septic Service again.

JC Septic was easy to schedule. I forgot about our appointment due to an unusual day, and the owner graciously assessed my tank without my being there. I had to wait four weeks to get on the schedule since I did not have an emergency. I like the that owner greeted me before starting work and that the other workers were kind to me. Unfortunately, the company cut an auxiliary gas line that was foolishly placed over the septic tank. This caused me a great deal of stress, trying to figure out what had been cut and wondering who should be held responsible to fix it. JC Septic initially said, very nicely and factually, that they could do nothing for me and there was no way to know the line was there, since it was past the meter and therefore would not have been marked by the utilities service. However, since we had a gas leak, my husband and I had the gas company come out to cut off that line of gas and make sure we would all be safe. The tank was cleaned, the pump inspected, and the extra dirt spread carefully into some holes left from our previous stump grinding. They also did not try to frighten me into having more work done, just alerted me to possible future problems. Some of the other reviews remarked that there was no damage to the yard, but JCS was not able to preserve the sod over our tank due to the large size of the lid. However, now we have a small entry point for cleaning, and perhaps can preserve our sod next time it's pumped. In the end, JC Septic later knocked $100 off my bill for the gas line hassle, which I thought was pretty generous. (This was in addition to my $25 Angie's list discount.) Although the day was not without its challenges, overall, I was very pleased with how JC Septic made such an effort to make things right. The company is definitely one of quality.

Jeff arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He and his helper dug up the ground with care and cleaned out my tank. It is an old tank, and a valve and pipe had crumbled apart. He showed me the problem and explained what it did and why it was important to fix. He did not pressure me to fix. He gave me a fair. Price and the job was done while they still had the tank open

Great company did two jobs for me and worked with me on my schedule to come out.

These guys have a busy schedule and I had to wait a week to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait. They arrived on time and explained what it was they were going to do and what the price was at that point. They also explained that the price could change once they opened the tank and performed the inspection. I had some problems, but they took the time to explain my options and the risks involved with each option. In the end it was fixed right for a fair price. I would definitely recommend JC Septic.

They serviced the tank and said the laterals needed to be replaced. They replaced them 2 weeks later. They kept in touch and let me know exactly what was going on. They went above and beyond the call of duty: they bulldozed a little trench for water to flow out of my backyard.

I called the owner of JC Septic Service based on reviews of JC Septic Service and given the company had done work in my area on several occassions. My toilets had backed up and I was unable to clear the lines. I called two large companies providing septic services but both stated that they would not be able to get to me for nearly a week. I called JC Septic on a Saturday and spoke to the owner. He stated that his calendar was filled as well. We spoke for a couple of minutes after which he stated he would work me in as close to the beginning of the week as he could. Monday afternoon, after the Saturday I spoke to him, I received a call stating that he could come out to my house that afternoon. He met me that afternoon and completed the work to be done and left. He was friendly, responded to my questions and even pointed out a crack in my plumbing line under the house which I had repaired two days later. I was pleased with the service provided and the manner in which it was provided. I will call JC Septic Service again if their services are needed.

GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I've had mixed results with two other septic services in the past two years. It was a great releif to finally find JC Septic. Very prompt on meeting with me and giving me a diagnosis, quote, and scheduling repair work. Did all the leg-work getting proper permits and setting up county required inspections. Moved up scheduled repair date by about a week, as another project was delayed. Jason Chambers,( the .son/partner with his father) is very knoweledgeable and was on the property throughout the 1 day repair. I included JC Septic in my search due to the extremely high ratings on Angie's List. They certainly do deserve the rating they have. I recommend this company without any reservation.

Clean up I am especially picky and they met most of my expectations. I was able to pick up just a rock of broken concrete that was left on the ground. But generally they were very clean. Professionalism I really appreciated their verbal explanation of the options and probable cost and the uncertainties until they dug in so I had great communication and I thought they were knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work. When I called them it was a Friday after Thanksgiving. Though I did not have a major problem, I just sensed a problem but they called me back within a couple of hours the same Friday and set up an appointment.

This company is great. We were adding a screened porch to our house and were concerned that the septic tank might be under a portion of patio. Jeff Chambers came out promptly when he said he would and carefully probed and marked the septic tank and lines. He went over it several times to make sure it was marked accurately. He even offered to talk to the county inspector to discuss the location of the septic and whether or not he thought there would be any potential problems. Because it had been a number of years since the tank had been pumped, we also had him come out and pump the tank before construction began on the screened porch. Jeff and his men were very prompt, courteous and professional. When they finished, they fixed the ground over the septic tank and it looked as if nothing had been disturbed. I would not use anyone but this company for septic tank maintenance and repair. My husband and I were very pleased with the excellent service and the price. We love this company and our new screened porch!

Truman arrived before the scheduled time and did a great job. The owner also stopped by to verify work was being done to his specifications. We will definitely continue using JC Septic for all of our septic needs.

J C Septic responded promptly to my request for help, estimated the cost in advance, completed the service today of cleaning out my over filled and overflowing septic tank system and gave me the $25 Angie's List discount! What more could one ask for from a provider in an industry where bait and switch is commonplace.

They were right on time for my appt. and fully explained what they were going to do. When I called them yesterday, they gave me a price, which did not change. They asked the details about my problem, which was water back up into my basement bathroom toilet/shower whenever we used the washing machine to do a heavy load. They removed the tank covers after locating them and were very careful to do as little damage to my lawn as possible. After cleaning the tank and filter they replaced everything completely and I could hardly notice where they had dug. They also explained that due to the condition of the tank(it was overfilled) , there could be a drainage problem as well. The owner went to the County office to find the layout of my drainage field. He came back out the next day to look at the yard and talk about what could be causing the problem. He suggested I watch how things go, over the next few weeks to see if the problem occurs again. He also suggested I install a drain in the low point in my yard to take away the surface water, which could be causing a problem. I have an existing drain on the side of the house so this will not be a big deal. He also discussed possible next steps, should the drain not work. I love using someone who is local who provides excellent service. With JC Septic, that was the case.

The team got to the house to pump the septic tank and we found out (old house we bought) had a problem with the main drain coming from the house. They took out the septic tank, cleaned it like it's new, took out the old drain and put in a new one. All in a matter of a few hours - in and out! Great service on-site and over the phone. Used email to send me receipts and other documents (which I LOVE!). I would HIGHLY recommend for any kind of septic service!
