Description of Work: They performed a regular/periodic service to the septic tank and also installed a new outlet tee. They said the tank had been over-full recently indicating slow drainage. This was because the outlet tee was breaking down and so needed to be replaced. Everything was explained to me very well and respectfully. A few things were noted that we need to keep in mind for the future since our system is over 25 years old. I was very pleased with their work, their professionalism, price, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Description of Work: They had to dig around both septic tanks and check out the seal and connections. they drained both tanks. Several months later they had to come back for a different problem. A pipe into one of the septic tanks had cracked and shifted so soil had gotten into the line. They replaced the pipe. They do very good work and are very professional and fair in their pricing.

Description of Work: Septic tank problem and backup due to clogged filter and owner ignorance of mantenace schedule for type of system. Gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled a time for that day. Arrived early ready to work, quickly assessed problem and solved it. Cleaned up with minimal damage to lawn. Also educated owner about future mantenance of the tank and timeline. Bill was as quoted but gave me a $40 senior discount instead of the $25 Angies coupon. I was quite satisfied and would call again for similar issues.

Description of Work: Company was on time and very professional. I needed my septoc tank pumped and cleaned and they explained what they were doing and why. I like to know what is being done, so I spent a lot of time talking to them about the service. They found an issue and recommended a crumbling component be replaced. Although, I didn't want to spend the extra dollars It was clearly falling apart and would need work in a few months so i elected to have the work done.. After the work, everything was cleaned up. Courteous and quality service all round.

Description of Work: The owner of this company came right out. I was unsure as to where my septic was located and went to the appropriate office that day pulled the plans and called that afternoon. I have still to schedule the work but he will definitely get my business.

Description of Work: The owner of the company came out and dug up my old septic tank which is 60 years old.Showed me where the lines were starting to erode.I knew it was time to replace the whole system,but he gave me options for less costly repairs.I set a date.They arrived that morning and by the afternoon installed the new tank so I was able to shower and use the bathroom,dishwasher etc.The next morning they covered the newly installed leach lines.2 days of disruption.Not bad!A few hours without water.I was very impressed!They smoothed out the area they had dug up and will return after it settles to regrade one more time! I was extremely pleased at the price and the polite professionalism!

Description of Work: After another service refused to dig the 3 feet to reach the tank, we called JC this morning. He came out within the hour and gave us a bid. We accepted and he came out an hour later and pumped out our tank. Professional, courteous, and honest. Customer service doesn't get much better than this. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
