They did a 100% fantastic job. They did a super job. They did the work in the rain and it took a little over an hour for the service. They did the work to my expectations and I was glad that I found their service. They are a family owned, local company. They were on time or a little ahead of schedule for the work.

The service turned out well. They did the cleaning and did a good job with the work that was needed. It did take a couple of phone calls to get everything setup.

I eventually had to do some work on the drain field and they pointed me in the right direction in what I needed to look for and what the problem might be. I found them in the Angie's List magazine.

They are a father and son owned company and I thought they did a very good job. I have hired them to do future work and I plan on only using this company for any needs. The quality and professionalism were extremely high. He told me they are not the lowest cost of the work, but the way they go about the work is of high quality. They are able to come on emergency appointments as well. I felt very comfortable with them.

They arrived on time, did the work expeditiously, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I appreciated the heads up on needing to replace one of my pipes that were original to the house (built in 72) and they were very respectful. I would definitely use them again. They were about $60 higher than their competitor, but with an Angie's List coupon it was then $35 higher than a competitor, and I had peace of mind knowing that I wouldn't go through any b.s. since they were referred on Angie's List.

They were very polite and answered all my questions. They even called me back when they had an cancellation because they knew I needed it sooner than later. Would hire again in 5 years.

Prompt, clean, and JC is a true gentleman!

Work was done in one day. It took one week and one day from the initial meeting for the job to be completed. Part of the delay was caused by the Labor Day holiday. They went the extra mile and put down grass seed and straw over the work area.

They removed some sod & a couple of bushes very neatly. They discovered our tank was 500 sq. ft. Larger than they thought so charged us a hundred dollars more. They cleaned up - put the dirt back as it was & hosed off all the side walks and drive way. Cleaned up very nicely.

When you find a good honest one, you stick with it. Kind, honest, professional and friendly. When i called to inquire; i had no idea where my septic was Jeff kindly came out and took a look at no charge. He may not be the ceapest to use his words but for me... you get what you pay for, an honest job from an honest man!

After review, it was his determination that it was caused by the field being oversatuated due to the extreme amount of rain we had of late. His suggestion was to wait until the rain eases and see if the problem still existed. I took his suggestion and with only a few showers the past 10 days or so, my problem appears to be gone. I offered to pay Jeff for his time but he wouldn't accept. I thanked him for coming out on the weekend and for being so honest,. For septic issues in the future, Jeff will be my first call.

IT WENT GREAT. FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WE CALLED JIM AT 10:30 ON SATURDAY MORNING AFTER NOTICING THAT OUR TANK WAS BACKING UP IN OUR YARD.HE WAS THERE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS AS PROMISED AND HAD OUR JOB COMPLETED BY 2:00.

They showed up early and were very efficient. Jason, the son, came and did let me know that it was not functioning as it should and we will eventually need a new one ( our house is around 35 years old). The current one could last up to 5 years and he told me things to look for when it started failing. They did pump it and I am hoping it will last a few more years. When I do need a new one , I would definitely call them. They let me use the Angie coupon which took off $25.

We called Jeff because of positive reviews on Angie's List. He responded to our call by coming out the next day and we engaged him to do the work. Don't know if this is standard practice because we've never had this kind of work done before, but Jeff arranged having the utility lines marked and having the county inspector come out to approve his plan and then to approve his work. He kept us informed as he was doing the work, patiently answering our questions about the work. He did his work in a way that minimized damage to our yard and then cleaned up as well as could be done when digging up someone's yard. We were impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and personable nature. Based on our experience, we would give Jeff an unqualified recommendation.

Jeff was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He had already researched where the tank, clean-outs and field were located, he found the access correctly and quickly exposed the access to start the test. He explained the system, showed us how he tested its function, made a recommendation to have the tank pumped and gave us a price, and provided the necessary letter. He has been in the business locally many years and actually knew the original installer, who he said was known to do good work. His price was very fair and he honored the Angies List coupon which saved us $25. Assuming we buy the house, we will certainly hire him to clean the tank and will provide another review of his service at that time.

Excellent. Their attention to all details, friendly and informative. Discussions and rapid installation in the time frame promised, was outstanding.

I contacted a few providers but didn't hear back from them. I contacted J. C. Septic on a Saturday and Jeff Chambers answered my phone call right away. He contacted the county to get a schematic of my septic tank and drain lines. He called me Monday to let me know he should have the schematic in 24 hours and would be out once he recieved that from the county. His son Jason came out with a few other gentleman and probed around trying to see where the lines might be broken. We have had lots of rain and Jason said there was no evidence of the drain lines being damaged and suggested we just clean out the septic tank and wait for things to dry up and see if there gound would dry up. He didn't rush into tearing up the yard since he didn't believe the drain lines were damaged. He also indicated the schematic indicated I had a 1500 gallon septic tank. After he pumped the septic clean he said the tank was only 1000 gallons and charged me $100 dollars less than the 1500 gallon quote he gave me. Jason and his crew were very prompt and very professional. I would definitely call these guys again.

He was very knowledgeable and explained what the possible problem could be and sent me in the right direction to handle the situation. Would not charge me or accept money for his time or fuel. I will refer him to neighbors or friends without hesitation.

Everything went well from start to finish. I recently moved into my new home. Whie mowing my lawn my neighbor approached me and said I should have the septic tank inspected or possibly pumped because in all the years she lived there she had never recalled the previous owners having it done so. As repairs could be very costly. She gave me the name of the service she used, after doing some research on Angie's lists the reviews were less than favorable. In some cases customers were told one price, but charged more, some said they never showed up. I checked move listings some companies did not service the area. So I continued my search and came upon JC Septic. My appointment was at 10:00 am they were there at 9:30. Very Professional, courteous, answered all my questions and I was able to use the Coupon from Angie's list.

We didn't know where it was. They couldn't find it at first. Where they thought it should be was under a pool deck that we installed. They brought a camera out a few days later and did find it, right flush to the pool deck wall. They had to replace the malfunctioning Outlet tee and then cleaned it. All in one day in about 4 hours max. Jeff Chambers (owner/Dad) and Jason (son) were two of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. Straight forward, very clear in their explanations as they were working. One of the nicest experiences I've ever had with a service contractor. I highly recommend them. NJS, Snellville, GA

provider didn'trespond to work and ignored call back to schedule work

Great! They scheduled a time and called to have utilities marked for us. Our septic tank was not in a very convenient location but they were prepared to do the job without a problem. On time, very professional, efficient. Gave me the cost up front and gave me the discount for using Angie's List. Thanks Angie. The previous installer had sealed the lid with concrete, however, that did not present a problem for them. The owner brought a new one from their shop and did not charge for it. We will definitely put them on our call list for the future and will refer them to neighbors and friends. My husband took a card to his office also for referral use in his insurance business which is located in Grayson, Ga. So nice to have a good experience.
