Gutters were install 3 years ago and I have requested repairs 4 times, but haven't see a repair person AT ALL. Please don't use this company.

Make sure you read the warranty information and don't just listen to a sales pitch before signing a contract with ChromeCraft I was told they would send someone out to clean any clogs that may occur (just like Leaf Guard does) however ChromeCraft only has this warranty service for the first 12 months. I recently have had gutter blockage after 18 months and they basically told me to go pound sand. Leaf Guard offers a lifetime blockage warranty. Invest a few more dollars in Leaf Guard and avoid this kind of situation in your future. You get what you pay for.

Over a month ago, Aaron from Homecraft Gutter Protection, responded to my project by phoning me several times a day. His number rolls over to another number, therefore, I am unable to block him. After all this time, he should assume that I am not interested and I found another gutter cleaner and my gutters are clean.

BUYER BEWARE- They come out throw a sales pitch thars excessive, then get on the phone with thr manager offer you a lower financing rate mine was $3162 0% interest. Upon being billed from the financing company I was billed a higher payment and a high interest rate. Calle door nothing but a run around from home craft, an apology after the fact from the salesman, but no rectification for the billing. Still waiting, after he said he would look into it, to see what could be done. They will scam you to get a sale..They did not honor the price, never disclosed anything different, and I will be seeking legal actions..

Poor service, poor communication, they didn't showed up twice, they didn't have masked on, they didn't give him invoice. Very unprofessional.

They took our money and left us with a mess. The most expensive gutters and the worst craftsmanship! Infuriating scam. First, a hard pitched sales person comes with a portfolio and samples. Makes you think they’re company is the best ever created. He throws out an outrageous price of $3,000 just for our porch! To our shock, he calls his manager to approve a 50% discount and claims it’s taking away from their marketing budget... Oh, please. We agree to $1,500 for 60’, which is still double & triple the price of other quotes, be we’re sold on the perceived quality. They install the next day! So you don’t change your mind, because the price is mind blowing. The install was Terrible!!!!! The worst craftsmanship. The gutters didn’t butt up against the end with an apparent eye sore gap. The corner seams are crooked with gaps. They were even so lazy the screws are screwed backwards from the inside out, so you see the pointy tip poking like a stick rather than the screw head. And get this.... one side the gutter is sloping in the wrong direction!! And they do this for a living. The water puddles, doesn’t drain and debris is collecting. I’m so disgusted. I called the company, super nicely. They insisted they will correct the work, but it’s been weeks and I’m getting no where. He said he scheduled the guys but we weren’t here. We were home! Perhaps I didn’t hear the door, but I guarantee if they were here for a new instal I would have heard it. So now what do I do?? I’m out $1500 bucks, and what, I pay someone to completely re-install? I’m furious!! We paid double for security & piece of mind, instead i feel so taken.

Made appointment for installation and they never showed. They called that night, very apologetic, and I rescheduled. Again, no show. Called the office to report. They said they'd look into it . After waiting two hours past my time window, I called and cancelled.

Had a salesman (Ed) come out after submitting an inquiry on social media. He showed up on time, measured our house and came back in to give us his presentation out of a black binder and showed me some product examples. He said we had 260(ish) linear feet of gutter on our brand new house that was only 5 months old, and it was going to cost just under $7K to install the leaf guards. Unfortunately, his leaf filter was only made out of plastic and steel, not gold so I decided to pass on this price. He then offered me a "cash" and a "marketing discount", which brought the price to just over $5K. Even at this price, it's still highly inflated. After I said no to him again he "called his boss", and got the price down to around $2,500. Now, how we got from about $7K to $2500 in just a few minutes tells me one thing, this stuff is marked up really high or their are a looking for sucker. Now, Ed was a super nice guy, but the whole process felt rushed, high pressure and uncomfortable. Not my kinda thing unless you like feeling like that in your own home. I liked the product and was going to hire him, but once he told me the price was no longer good once he left my house I definitely passed. Yep, no thank you. I don't deal with companies or people like that.

It went smooth. Carey and the crew went above and beyond the services they were hired to do. Very professional and the clean up looked like they were never here!

Job went great! Crew came out the day after my sales appointment and took care of everything. The price was right in line with the other bids I got for my project but these guys really impressed me with their warranty and the covers really work! They did a great job on my house. I would definitely recommend them

BEWARE - If you read the reviews you will notice a common theme. If you need them to finish the work or do warranty work, they NEVER will arrive. The ladies on the phone are apologetic and will promise you they will schedule the repair crew to correct the problem but the crew NEVER appears. My Gutter Protection was installed on 1/5/2019. A week later we had some rain and I noticed one of my gutters leaking. Their invoice commits "We seal your gutters with a 50 year Tripolymer" and "We re-pitch your gutters if necessary" of which they did not do on the gutter that is leaking. I began calling the "Service Number" on 1/14/19 leaving voicemails each day. On 1/21/19 I called the main number listed on their website and reached a person and was then connected to the Service line where the apologetic lady promised to schedule the repair crew for Feb 4, 2019. They never arrived. I again called the "Service number" and did reach the apologetic lady who promised to reschedule the repair crew for 2/7/19. Again, they never arrived. I called the "Service number" and only got voicemail so I called the Main number and asked for a Manager/Owner. After a long hold the apologetic lady promised to have her Supervisor call me back before the EOB that day. NO phone call back. On Saturday 2/9 ironically I received an email Sales Flyer from Home Craft of which I replied explaining my issues and not expecting any response but to my surprise the "Service Lady" called me about a hour later. This was the FIRST time any of my contact attempts has been responded to. She was very apologetic and "promised" to get to the bottom of the issue and call me back. Well 8 days later and still no contact from their company and my gutter, which is right by my front door, still leaks. I hope this review will save future potential customers from becoming victims as I and others have been.

The start of this process to the very end was great the young lady that helped me on the phone was very helpful she also knew facts about the product and she even called me and reminded me of the appointment and asked about my pet's health a remark I had made during initial phone call and when the guy came out to show me the gutters he was nice polite patience and didn't try any sneaking salesman tricks I love my new gutters and the protection is amazing it feels great to get out my car in the rain and not be drowned in water by the time i get my key in my door

The quote experience was like sitting through a time share presentation. The guy kept getting on the phone to speak to his manager and miraculously always had a lower price. The first price he quoted us was $6800 and the final price was $2800. This is not how we do business, nor is it how a reputable company ought to do business. We told the salesman that he had insulted us and we showed him the door. That said, this appears to be the cadillac of gutter protection. Unfortunately, we have a Honda budget.

I would not do business with this company. I signed a contract with HomeCraft and set an apt to have the work done on a specific date and time. Never showed up so I called and had to leave a message. Several hours later I get a message from an unknown caller saying they were tied up and needed to reschedule. So I called,the next day to setup another appt and never heard back. They may be out of business because all you get is a recording now.

The work was done quickly with care. Cleanup was completed. Before and after photos of the gutters were shown to me. Sales manager made the sales call and did and excellent job. We had 3 bids and went with HomeCraft, due to quality of product, as their price was not the lowest. However, price for quality was the best.

Homecraft's representative, Patrick Tillery, was amazing! He was punctual with a professional manner and etiquette and was completely versed in all areas of the work that we needed performed. His knowledge base of our problem and how to rectify was thorough, honest and accurate and the price quote most definitely suited our budget. We would highly recommend Patrick and HomeCraft in the future and can't wait for our installation!

The installation made a real difference. There is no more water splashing down my front door. The technician was on time, was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I made an excellent decision by choosing HomeCraft.
