They were very easy to work with. I had some other problems they found and they worked around other contractors schedule.

It took them quite a while to get back to me with a quote. They are pretty thorough. I’m planning on using them.

I haven't made a decision yet as I'm still getting quotes. However this company was very responsive and professional. I just haven't made up my mind yet.

They were able to do the job a day earlier than they had originally scheduled. Joel got right to work and did a very good job. He used a utility knife to cut out the damaged dry wall for patching rather than a saw or multitool to eliminate dry wall dust from getting in the house. This was a lot more work for him to do it with the knife, but he did it to keep the house clean. They called us in advance of coming over and always arrived on time as promised. I will use them again.

Worked completed in Sept 2012 We wanted a new look in our outdated masterbath room. We did not want to take down the wall paper. They primed and painted over it. I was very pleased.

I was in a time crunch on finishing some built-ins in my basement. I had some built ins in my basement removed, then needed the drywall repaired/replaced before the new built ins could be installed.. Called a few drywall specialists that did not return my call. Went to Angie's list and found Henderson. Called Joel and he called me back promptly. He gave me a quote the next day and was doing the drywall repair the following day. It is a dark basement and the day following the repair, I opened a door to the outside and saw some (admitedly minor) imperfections in the drywall. Called Joel (expecting an argument like I would get from any other drywall specialist), and told him the problem. He said 'no problem' and had his guy out to repair the problem the following day. They did a great job! Then a month later, needed all of my kids bedrooms painted. Called Joel's office. The woman that works there is super nice (can't remember her name) but she said they were booked for roughly a month out but she would try and fit me in. She worked diligently (calling me many times working with my schedule and keeping me posted) and they worked me in the following week to paint the bedrooms. Agian, did a fantastic job on all 3 bedrooms!! Will definately be using them again and would definately recommend them.

The overall experience was great..I have used henderson several times and I'm very pleased..Joel is always on time whether he is giving me an estimate or doing the actual work...his prices are very reasonable and I will use henderson again for any future work..highly recommended

I called two other contractors for estimates. One gave me a much higher quote and the other gave me a ridiculously low number and never returned my call. I hired Joel based on his Angie's list reviews and his professional demeanor. Joel's team arrived on time every day and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the results. They did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them.

I placed a call and sent an email requesting a quote on Saturday afternoon. I had an email response on Monday by 9:30 AM and at 10:30 AM I set an appointment for an estimate on Monday afternoon. The owner, Mr Joel Henderson came out reviewed the job with my wife and at aboput 7:30 PM emailed me a quote. I responded Monday night that I needed three recent references of Interior Painting, the were emailed to me on Tuesday AM. I checked the references and confirmed to start the project on Wednesday AM with completion to be by Thursday evening. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, I observed them working well together as the wall preparation and repair was completed. The job started with three went down to two and finished with three as there were othr jobs going on at the same time. The job was finished, the area cleaned up and inspected by my wife to her satifaction. All furniture was returned to original position or new location as requested. Joel and crew departed by 3:00 PM with my wife, a very satisfied customer who will reccomend and use Henderson Paining in the future. Chcuk Bagley

Joel was prompt and professional on the day he gave us his estimate. This theme was carried out from the job's start to finish.My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality and overall appearance of the finished job. Joel and his team cleaned up at the end of each day of the job, leaving our home and yard neat. We also appreciated Joel's call, a few days after completion, to assure we were completely satisfied with the overall job. Call answered promptly - easy to schedule free estimate. Binding estimate very detailed and listed all aspects of the work. Pricing very competitive and an excellent value for the job. Communication about the start date was very clear and the number of days was estimated correctly. Showed up 10-15 minutes early each day. Joel was on site at the beginning of the day and periodically throughout the job as his schedule allowed in addition to an on-site supervisor working with the crew. Everyone knew their job and were very good about checking to make sure my expectations were met along the way - no surprises. The clean up was excellent - cleaner than before they arrived. All the crew were quality conscious and towards the end more than one person walked the job with me to make sure any little thing was touched up before they left. I would definitely use Joel's company again and before it was even finished neighbors were asking for his number.

He did the touch up work at no charge. We will use them again and we would recommend them. Mr. Henderson I would give a perfect grade, his subcontractors I would grade average. His responsiveness, concern for us as customers as well as individuals, and for the job being completed correctly would get an A+. I have used him twice now. Joe Henderson l is a good guy.

This is the second time that we have used Henderson Painting to replace siding and paint the exterior of our home. Joel Henderson is very professional and delivers upon his promises. He immediately corrects any and all issues that are identified as well as confirms satisfaction.

Great job. Perfect color match. Arrived at agreed time and worked efficently until job was completed. Polite and professional workers. Paid close attention to landscaping and left area cleaner than it was when they arrived. This is the third time I have used Henderson for various jobs including interior painting, window replacement and exterior painting. Always professional, polite and clean. Price always very competitive. I will continue to contact Henderson for any and all home maintanance projects.

The overall experience was professional and pleasant. Joel Henderson, of Henderson Painting and Drywall, Inc., responded to my request to expedite the start of my basement project. He sent a very good carpentry team that furred my basement walls, fine tuned doorframe openings so doors would fit, extended wall frame to enclose future HVAC unit in bi-fold doors. They also prepared the ceiling area over my stairway opening to support drop ceiling. With regards to drywall, Joel facilitated my drywall installation by putting me in contact with an excellent sheet rock team. The sheetrock was delivered and placed in by basement. Then, two guys showed up and hung the sheetrock in approximately four hours. They came back a few hours the following days to finish the sheetrock. Once the sheetrock was finished, Joel had 514 ft of baseboards installed in basement and on basement stairway. They also installed two 36? doors and one set of bi-fold doors, installed trim on four openings, and then primed new drywall for painting. Following this, the interior walls of my basement were painted. The most difficult part of my basement project was to find qualified to install my drop ceiling. Joel facilitated the installation of my drop ceiling. Once the drop ceiling was installed, Joel and team installed the quarter round molding, then painted the new drywall, bathroom, and stairway. In addition, Henderson Painting and Dry assisted me with getting my basement exterior walls to prevent leaks during heavy rains.

I considered them because of the feedback on their website. They were very professional and responsive, but I didn’t do any business with them. They were substantially more expensive than the other quotes that I got. My experience with the people was fine - it was just the pricing that was too high for what I was trying to do. If they had had a good price, I would have used them.

I e-mailed them. they responded quickly , gave an estimate, set a date within 2 wks., were on time. and professional.

He was okay, but just took too long to respond. He did respond, but I had already obtained a quote from someone else. I left them messages and gave ample of time to respond. He did call back and apologized. Other than that he was fine and pleasant. He showed up when he said he would.

As of July 2010, 2 of the 3 bathrooms are complete and they are beautiful. Our personal scheduling has delayed the last one, but Joel and his crew were very flexible and accommodating on scheduling the others. All of the work was done within the time line agreed upon, the 2nd one actually was done in a day, instead of 1.5 - 2 as initially predicted. All of the work requested was completed within the agreed price and we've not had a single need to have them back for any problem. (Nov 1, 2010) The final bathroom (the master) was the largest and most complicated. Once again Joel and his crew did a great job, not only with the regular painting, woodwork and tile requirements, but also in overcoming some hidden problems from the initial home construction. During the week, I asked Joel to prepare estimates for additional work at the house and I would recommend him (and have) to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price.
