We have been totally satisfied with all of the work done. The quote was more than fair and the work was done timely and in done correctly. We are more than happy with jobs done and will definitely refer them and use them again.

Joel came out and quoted us on the price of the work and assured us he could easily match the texture on the ceiling. We scheduled them to come out and the workers were perfectly on time and professional. They completed the job in the time it took and for the exact amount quoted. The ceiling looks better than ever, you can't tell there was a hole. The paint job on the walls was immaculate. We recently had this condo painted and I REALLY wish we'd used Henderson! They would've done a MUCH better job than the guy we had and probably for cheaper!! I will DEFINITELY use them in the future for ANY of our paint or drywall needs.

They did a wonderful job!! I had a couple of spots where the wood was rotten on the outside and they repaired and painted the exterior of my house. The guys were very professional, courteous and finished the job on time. I will definitely use again!!

I started with them for a drywall fix and I continued to use them. They do good work, show up on time and communicate well. The owner Joe is here every time when something is done. He gives a price and follows it up. They don't delay and do a good job. What impressed me was that they did the job just as how I would do it.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Henderson Painting & Drywall. I needed painting and drywall repair completed in my house and they did a very excellent job. I had a crack in one of the walls in my living room and now you cannot tell the crack was ever there, the wall looks brand new. I will definitely use Henderson Painting & Drywall for my next home improvement needs.

They did a wonderful job! Fast and professional work. Joel came out on a Wednesday for the quote/estimate and scheduled to do the job on the following Friday. Work done within a couple of hours. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Joel Henderson and his crew did a fabulous job!! Joel came out and gave us a detailed estimate of what he would do and how much he would charge. His estimate was $875 to clean the ceiling and all of the post on the deck, and then to apply the sealer to the ceiling, hand rails and skirt on the deck. He said he would put 2 coats on everything. My husband and I thought this was a very good price and hired him. He originally said he wouldn't be able to do it until the first of November. We told him that would be fine, we could wait until then. He called us on October 20 and said he could do it earlier if we were ok with that. He came out on Monday with his crew and power washed everything then his crew came back on Tuesday (10/21/14) and stained the deck and ceiling. They did a fantastic job! They arrived early and immediately went to work wrapping all the furniture on the deck with plastic along with the ceiling fan, etc. After everything was wrapped up so it wouldn't get paint on it they went to work. We told Joel that we wanted the wood stained with a natural deck finish so it would look natural and not painted. He (Joel) picked out a beautiful natural stain that I loved. It makes the whole deck look like the natural wood but I know its protected from the weather and just makes the deck stand out and looks beautiful! His crew put 2 coats on it and it looked good, but the wood just soaked up the stain. My husband and I aren't able to paint a deck and ceiling and I didn't want to worry about having to stain it again in a couple of years since the wood just soaked up the stain so we asked them about adding 2 more coats to everything. They went back and bought 3 more gallons of stain and came back and put 2 more coats on everything. With the labor involved for 2 men and the extra materials the price only went up about $250.00. We ended up paying $1135 and the deck and ceiling is stained with 4 coats of everything and looks beautiful! The guys cleaned up everything before they left and put everything back on the deck like it was before they got there. What should have been just a couple hours of work for the deck ended up being an all day job but the crew didn't seem to mind. They wanted us to be happy with their work and wanted to please us. I couldn't be more pleased. I can't say enough about their professionalism, their great attitude, their great work ethic, and their great customer service. I will hire them again in the future to paint the inside of my house. They did a great job and the deck looks fabulous!

A very detailed price quote was provided so you could see exactly what you were paying for. The team was lead by a supervisor who explained how the work would be done. The painters did an excellent job on the house. The best way I can put it is that they painted my house as if it where their own home they where working on. The owner, Joel, followed up the day after to verify the quality of work and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. This is the 3rd time I have used them and I will continue to use them for all future work.

These guys did a great job. They matched the texture and you would never know there had been any damage.

I can't say enough good things about Joel and his team. Very professional, they arrived early, cleaned up at the end of every day, made sure we knew what the status was each day and recommended things to us that we were thrilled for them to do. They really went the extra mile taking down some molding in the ceiling in the master bedroom that really made no sense and then repaired the walls and it turned out great. They created a feature wall for me in my office that I had been wanting to do for years and even though it wasn't something they had never done before they said "no problem" and it looks beautiful (accent wall was painted flat and then they painted on 6 inch stripes in a high gloss - very elegant look without wallpaper!). We even asked them to do some additional painting and again they were happy to do the work. I would recommend them to anyone and we would use them again without hesitation!

We have used him twice, for a small project and then a bigger one. It went well. He was a nice guy and his price was fair. It turned out good. He was a good listener about what we wanted to do. He made alternative suggestions and he tried to find ways to do it in the most cost effective way. He gets the work done when he says that he will get it done and he cleans up good.

Called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would. Provided a detailed itemized quote. Started the next week, finished the same day, cleaned up when they were through. Workers were polite. would used them again. Came back next day for a touch up.

. He and his crew arrived on time on the 21st, completed painting on the same day. Joel stopped by today to see how we felt about the paint job, which we told him we were very pleased. The living room,dining room, ceilings and the front door were both completed and we are so pleased with his work, and how responsive his team was to complete the job. During the process of painting, if we stopped in to see how things were going, it was not an issue and they were willing to answer questions. To make the job that extra special touch, Joel replaced the switch plates to provide that extra finished look. Joel's team is professional and we highly recommend them to future clients.

They were prompt, and their work was such that you could not tell there was ever a hole in the walls. I would definitely recommend them.

It went terrible. The person who did the work had no clue that we had stairs, so he had to go out and buy more supplies before he could even start. On the second and third day he did his work, then on the last day he came in with another guy, and still a ton of work to do... and they continued to work. They left earlier that day because the main drywaller went absolutely ballistic on me. I was trying to point out a few places he has missed and asked him why he didn't cover up our couch (that now had drywall dust ALL IN IT) and he started yelling, and cursing, then he ran down the stairs and slammed my door. I had to tell my daughter to leave, and she was about to call the cops because he kept trying to run back in and fight me while I was trying to close the garage door. The other man that came with him was trying to hold him back and keep cleaning up their mess. After they had left we contacted Joel and told him about the unprofessional that had happened IN MY OWN HOUSE. It was absolutely ridiculous! Extremely unprofessional, and the work still didn't get done. I was so surprised someone had the audacity to come into MY house, and start yelling, cursing, and slamming doors in front of MY DAUGHTER and I. I will never be using this business or Angie's List ever again because of all the dangers. I will never recommend this business or this site, in hopes this won't happen to anyone else.

I started painting my living room and quickly got over it. It takes a lot more talent than i have. I called Henderson. We have hired them before and explain my predicament. I was in a bit of a panic as we are having dinner guest this weekend. Shelly is so nice and quickly started the process to get us scheduled. It wasn't easy for her as they were booked but she pulled a miracle. Painters arrived right on time did a great job. THANK YOU SHELLY AND JOEL for pulling me out of another mess.

I was skeptical at first about hiring a professional painter because I am very fussy about paint spills, paintovers and uneven lines and application. I arranged for a visit with Joel to discuss my plan and I sent him a detailed plan since I was out of town when this was scheduled to be completed. I provided Joel with my color choices and held my breath until two weeks later when I would return to see the results. I was blown over! Joel followed every instruction to the detail and the finished work made my home look like it was just built. The walls and trims were painted perfectly and the butt lines from wall to ceiling and floor trim were exact. In addition to the paint work, Joel repaired a huge hole in one area of the garage with the same skill in drywall as demonstrated with the painting. There is no way to determine where the hole was. In the master bedroom, a window sill was gnawed at one end by the previous owners german shephard. Joel replaced the entire window sill with a new one painting the sill the same color as my trim throughout the house. It's like the damage was never there. Then around the shower stall edge, there was a thin line around the entire top where the drywall was soft from previous moisture and humidity. Joel constructed a two inch trim he mitred and painted to be installed around the edge of the stall to conceal the area where the drywall was compromised. He caulked it thoroughly and the result is a beautiful trim that was not there origianlly. In addition, the area is now waterproofed and reinforced thanks to Joel's ingenuity. Two months after the service, I noticed a few minor areas of paint residue on the carpet and lineloum. I was skeptical about even calling them. I called Joel and instantly he came out, got on his knees for over an hour and removed every minor spill left behind which I overlooked earlier. He did this with a smile and was assertive about making sure I call him again if there was anything I was still unhappy about. It's like having a lifetime guarantee. In conclusion, Henderson Painting and Drywall has proven themselves once again with high quality work, expert craftsmenship and incomparable customer service, long after the work is complete. Joel guarantees his work and moreso, guarantees customer satisfaction. He is as friendly and cordial as he is professional and highly crafted in his field. I have recommended Henderson Painting from my experience to my friends and to my realtor for further recommendations. I can assure you, you will not only be pleased with their performance, but you will thank both Angie's List and myself for bringing this vendor the the forefront.

Everything was done as we discussed. I was always able to reach Joel by phone if I needed to speak to him. The crew was courteous and responsive to my requests. The job turned out well. I would recommend.

The quoted price was good but we decided to go with a company that offered a full prime coat plus paint coat.
