Description of Work: Called to see if he could fix a 1983 leather recliner. Very prompt response. Though he wasn't able to fix the chair, he gave us good information about how to follow up with the company to see if they would honor their life-time guarantee.

Description of Work: I had an antique cedar chest refinished , as well as an outdated china buffett. Charles did an outstanding job on both of these pieces and his price was very fair . I plan to use him again in the future to redo more of my outdated pieces.

Description of Work: I called this provider and it took him 3 days to get back to me! Now with that said he could not do what I needed and he gave me a name that could help. He seemed very nice and did not try to take on a project he could not do or would not because it would have cost an extreme amount to me! I would try him again, he seems to be very busy !

Description of Work: Mr Charles is amazing. He was able to be at my house within 24 hours of calling him and his rates were beyond reasonable. He fixed my broken leather recliner within an hour. I will definitely be calling him again for his services in the future.

+ -1 moreIt took some expertise to fix it. I called him and the next day he came to my house. Charles Holec was very promp and had all the proper tools. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the chair. It's like new, in fact it's probably better than when I first bought it. He took his time, it took him 2 hours in order to fully repair the chair. I found that he was a professional and diligent worker. The price was very fair for how much time and effort he put into the job. I would highly recommend him. The one thing I especially liked was that, if "I can't fix it there's no charge."
Description of Work: I had a bamboo chair that was broken.
