Fish Window Cleaning

I wasn’t exactly pleased with it. I didn’t feel like that they did a very good job. They did pretty good on the back of my home and my sidewalk but on the deck, they did not do very well. They rescheduled several times on me. So that was also a problem. I thought the price was okay. I think that they’ve had a turnover since I bought the deal in November. Somebody came out immediately and they gave me pricing on everything they do and wrote it all down for me so I could determine what I wanted actually done and I don’t think that person is with them anymore and they were not good at communicating with me at all. I tried to get back with them and it was not good. They ended up rescheduling when they were supposed to come as well.

It did not go very well. 2 guys showed up to do the job. One was training at My Expense. They removed all the screens and was suppose to wash them. Then they washed the outside Windows with a very Low power water hose. The water just dripped on the Windows. They put the screens back on before they cleaned the sills so when they were done the window sills had mud all in them. This is the first time I have ever hired someone to clean my Windows but I've cleaned them myself and always cleaned the sills with the screens off. The Windows have film on them. They used a brush extended on a pole so after they squirted water on them there was no elbo grease used to clean them. I called Cole and he said he would send his best guy out to redo the job. The guy came out 5 days later and took off all the screens and cleaned the sills. He wiped them out with a cloth not a brush. They look better but not Professionally cleaned. Found out The one guy who originally came out quit that day. Cole is a very nice guy and called to follow up. By then I was over the whole thing. I would never use this Company again. Price was good but I guess you Get what you Pay for!! They were the cheapest quote.

It was okay. They told me if I needed them to come back, they would be willing to come back and blow it out again if it got nasty. They were here when they said they would be. I don't think anybody could do "A" thing because I don't believe in giving A's to anybody. Nobody is perfect. Everybody has some of a flaw. I wouldn't give anybody a perfect. I couldn't go check the rain gutters so I don't know whether cleaned them completely or not. I was able to climb on ladders and stuff to check that but I didn't, so I don't know if they were positively perfect or not. They were pretty nice They were polite and very nice about the participation. They asked me if I wanted anything else done. I said no. So, that was good. I was happy.

I was not happy with them. They sent one person and we had a lot of windows. He was here all day and there were several windows that he did not clean. He said he did not have a ladder that could reach them. It was the same thing with the chandelier; he did not clean all the inside. So there were several windows he did not clean including the transom windows on our front door and side windows. By the time he left it was dark so it was really hard to tell that those windows had not been cleaned. He took off all the screens, which was not a problem, but before he was leaving I asked if he was going to put them back on and he said he would if I wanted him to. I told him he took them off so he could put them back up. It was not a good experience. The price was fair market price and reasonable. We did call the manager while the guy was here and told him he told us there was a window he could not reach. The manager talked to the boy who was working for him and he cleaned that one window, but we did not realize there was another window, our bathroom window. Basically he opened one of the windows and leaned out and cleaned it. He could not do that with the other window. They were here on time.

Very efficient. Came on time and performed efficiently in cleaning windows. Left no mess and cleaned up when they left.

Fine did what was asked in a timely manner.

It went fine. Two very pleasant young men and they worked fast, so I appreciated that. I did have to go back after they left and clean some areas. They could be a bit more meticulous, i.e., corners, wiping excess water/cleaner -- that sort of thing. It would be great if the window sills were cleaned, but I'm not sure if that was in the "deal.' With only yes and no as to whether I would use this company again I said yes, but I really meant maybe. I might check out some other companies.

There was a small address mix up on the first attempt, but they were very responsive and did what ever it took to make it right. Very professional and great work on the site. Excellent value.

They were really horrible with scheduling. They said they would be here at 12. I took a half-day off from work and they did not show up until 5 o’clock which I would not have to take a half-day off work if I knew they were going to be here at 5. I had to call them to find out where they were and when they are coming. The window cleaning was fair. There were still streaks on the windows, but it was better than it was on sale. With the sale price, it was fine, but I would not have been happy if I paid full price. Five hours is pretty bad. They were very nice. They were late, but they were very apologetic. The thing they could have done differently is they should have made a second check around the house to make sure that there were no streaks or anything. They missed a couple of spots on the actual house, but it was already dark by the time they left so I could not tell. I think they left the area pretty much how it was when they came.

Definitely would use again, but only with the Angie's List discount! Awesome job!

I was not satisfied at first and they offered to redo the service to make it right.

The window cleaner was on time and very personable. He started with the inside and did a very thorough job. When I told him we were preparing the house to put on the market, he suggested we not put the screens back on the windows, saying realtors feel the home shows better. I now regret that I agreed to his suggestion because it will be necessary for us to put the screens back in order to open the windows. As well, he did not clean the screens, as was quoted, saying he did not feel they needed cleaning. I was disappointed that a squiggy and cloth were not used on the outside of the windows. The were washed with a large brush that squirted out the solution. Water was left on the windows, but they do not appear spotted now. Bottom line, the windows are clean, but again I felt they could have been done better.

I was pleased. He was a little late but a super job. The driveway and sidewalk beside the road look better than ever.

It was a fantastic experience. I would definitely hire again.

Crew arrived on time and ready to work. There was some mix up of the final cost compared to what I was given a quote for, but when I called the owner (who originally came to give me the estimate), he apologized for the error and told me to show the crew the estimate I had originally been given. He had given them a different invoice in error, but cleared things up on the spot. They did a very good job.

It went very well. They were punctual. They did their job. Everything looked very good. I paid them a little extra to do a few more things. They came out. They were very efficient in how they did the work.

They did a great job and were very pleasant. They were about 75 minutes late for their 2 hr window. Other than that I was very pleased.

The whole thing was a very pleasant experience. I don't think a house looks clean with dirty windows and now we have a house that positively sparkles. We will use them next time and the next. Can't go wrong with them. They absolutely deserve the A rating.
