I don't remember the exact price but it was good value. They did excellent work.They were a really good company, terrific.

I know he did a good job. He was willing to do some other things after he got here. My husband asked him to do a couple of other things we had not talked about before. We have a lot of windows and also a sun room. He was prompt, he did a good job, he was flexible, courteous, and he was not in our way; he was here, did his job and then he left. He was very good.

I didn't have to wait very long. They came out pretty soon after I contacted them. I was satisfied with their work and I thought their price was very reasonable. I didn't have any problems.

They were excellent! They came in the morning, by noon they were gone. My husband was here when they did the work and he said they were excellent. And I know they were excellent because when I got home I could see clear straight through the house.

They are outstanding. I have used them twice. There were three people that came out. They were a pleasure to work with. They provided quality service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

There were two men came out right away. It was very hot out. The man that cleaned the inside got water on my carpet. Pressure washed the outside. I have about 20 windows on two floors. Neither man had been with the company very long. I was not overly impressed with their service.

The cost of service was $350 for the whole house, but it was three stories. I will use them again and I would recommend them. They left it very clean. I know this one thing that they missed and they came out the next day and adjust it. They were willing to address any problems.

They did better the second time. Whoever I talked to they sent someone right on back out. They were on time. They were young people. They didn't clean the windows good. The first time they didn't. They sent two workers.

I remember he charged too little and I paid him a little extra. I don't remember the exact price. It was over $100 but I have a bunch of windows, having a two-story house. I think he charged me $125 and I gave him $150. They're very honest, considerate and did an excellent job. The workers were very courteous.

I found it to be very reasonable. I don't remember them doing anything bad. I don't remember them being spectacular either.

They were okay. I wouldn’t use them again. I have used them once before and they took the screens off and washed them. This time, they did not take the screens off. They just left them on the window and washed the windows and the screens so I don’t think it dried very well. The workers were very friendly.

He came and did what he was supposed to do nothing more nothing less. There was one person that came out and it took him about an hour. He was alright and left the area clean.

The original thing I called them for was pressure washing the house. That was $125 and then for $75 more or $50 more he did the gutters as well. The solution that he used to clean the house killed some of my plants. It was good, it was just that the solution that he used was not good for plants. For someone who maybe looking to use the provider, I would tell them to be very careful about whether or not the solution that he is using to clean the house will damage any plants that are nearby. Owner was the one that came out.

They redid some work that was unsatisfactory to them, and things that I would not have caught. They are really friendly. They are great. I have recommended them to friends and family already.

They did a very good job. I can't remember they cost, but they charged a very reasonable amount, because I have 25 windows to include my glass doors. I would use them again in the future if the price was right. One person completed the work and it took a couple hours. The worker I came into contact with treated me extremely well. It's a Christian company, I think. The quality of the work, the time frame, the attitude of the young man who did the cleaning made me grade them an A. It was just an overall good experience. They left the area around them clean & the best thing about the experience was they got the dirty windows clean.

They were on time, polite, worked fast but afterwards I founds streaks on several windows. I was also a little disappointed that they didn't touch the window sills. I don't know if that is normally done when having your windows cleaned, but it makes sense to me that if you're cleaning a window clean all surfaces of the entire window.

It went extremely well. The young men who came were very polite and respectful. They did a good job and worked quickly. They had a wonderful attitude and interacted with us which was nice since they were in our home for a while. I highly recommend them. You will be pleased with their work.

Very punctual. They did a great job--were even able to get off some marks that were left from the builders. Very professional. Our windows have never looked so good!

They were very good. I think they could of done a little better on areas that have clay on them.

The short story is it took them 4 visits to finally get the windows cleaned. On the second visit the tech backed into and broke my brick retaining wall. They did pay to have it repaired but it was two more visits from a contractor that I had to arrange. I will not use them again and see details for why. Details of experience: All of the employees are very polite, professional and respectful. I had three quotes and Fish was the most expensive by far. Most companies were in the $5 a window range, they were about $7.40 per and that was after I asked for a reduction on the original quote. Given they were pretty responsive and professional, I decided to splurge thinking "you get what you pay for". They were quick to schedule service and came out that Saturday. Unfortunately, they only sent one tech and I have three story windows. He was very polite but the equipment broke and he needed a second tech to get the job done. He left after attempting to clean some of the larger windows. I had to reschedule for the next week. He came back out with another tech this time late on a Friday (not the most motivating time for anyone to work). They again tried to clean the windows but while moving the van to the back of the house, backed into my wall and broke the brick cap. They eventually tried to clean the windows again but the glass was too hot. They also damaged the rail on my deck moving the hose up and down. I requested for the owner to call me, but spoke to the operations manager instead. He was professional and committed to have a crew out that next Monday morning. The owner never called me. I was not home to view the third attempt but came home after they were complete. The windows were still not clean and they failed to even try to clean one whole side of the house. Again, they were very polite and professional. I called again and rescheduled one more time. I also requested via text that the owner might want to call me. He did not. The third time they came out and finally got all the windows clean. They did call me a few times during process and texted me when they were done. The employees and manager were are professional and polite. I was shocked the owner never tried to reach out to me given the issues. They did pay for repair of the wall, but I am still stuck with a repaired looking wall versus original masonry. I sent them one last note asking if the original invoice price was what I needed to pay, the answer was yes. My disappointment is I used the highest cost provider, had a bad experience, the owner showed little care and I received zero compensation for my trouble. I will pay what I committed, just be warned the professionalism does not necessary equal capability and expertise.
