We bought a big deal coupon to use toward window cleaning. Within a few days of our buying the coupon, Mike Sugg came out to see what the job would entail. He provided a written estimate outlining different options for the windows as well as some pressure washing. We scheduled the work to be done several weeks later because we wanted to wait for the pollen season to end. They communicated with us well before and during the job, and showed up on time. They did a very thorough job cleaning our windows, going back over them several times to be sure they were done well. Mike did walk throughs with us to examine every window they had cleaned. Additionally, Mike and his team pressure washed our garage building that included a set of wooden stairs and landing, as well as a large wooden deck off the house. The pressure washing of the stairs and decks turned out to be a very difficult task...we believe they had not been cleaned for years before we bought the house. Mike spent an additional two days on the job working on the decks to get them clean. We were thoroughly impressed by his efforts to ensure that we were satisfied. Mike is professional, prompt and courteous. He has high standards for the quality of work they provide, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well. We would highly recommend their services, for both window cleaning and pressure washing.

Owner came to do the work. He was very nice and punctual. The pressure washing of the house took longer than he expected, it was very dirty. He did a great job on the siding and the outside windows...but because he used a squeegee on the inside windows, I wasn't very satisfied. The sides of some of the windows were still dirty when he finished. I figured that I could do them again without too much trouble...so I never called him back to fix them.

Both the estimating team and the washer arrived as scheduled. None of us could figure out how to remove the screens, so the windows were washed around them. Some window sills were missed but were taken care of when I pointed them out. Overall a satisfactory job at a good price

I dealt with the firms's owner and he was both very pleasant and professional. I had to reschedule our appt a number of times due to my wife's illness. He was quite sympathetic to my problem and did everything that I asked of him. Once here, he did an excellent job of cleaning my windows and sills.

Fish Company arrived on time with all needed equipment. Employees started right to work and didn't stop until they were finished. We are totally satisfied with the job that was done and will use them in the future. My windows are sparkling and this old house outside is looking good again too. Couldn't ask for a better job. Somehow when all was said and done the total cost was only $208.00 for 21 windows and pressure washing our house using an ANGIE'S BIG DEAL.

Tim arrived on time and began work promptly. Tim was very personable and very professional. The windows are now perfectly clean and look beautiful. We are completely satisfied. We don't think you can find a better window cleaning service than Fish. You will not be disappointed with their work.

I was very satisfied with the results. It was professionally execured, and my winddows were sparkling clean both inside and out.

The owner of the company came and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. It was a fair price to which I agreed. On the day we arranged the window cleaners arrived a little late due to the weather but went right to work. I asked them to be careful in the garden and to not disturb a bird nest under the porch awning. They were very respectful of my wishes and nothing was disturbed. They went right to work and I could hear them chatting and laughing while they worked. They were happy kids and that was so nice to hear; they had great attitudes. They worked without stopping and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the job they did and delighted I chose FISH Window Cleaning. All around it was a good experience and I would certainly call on them again.

As listed above the company conducted themselves in a very professional manor. The workman wore covers over his shoes when in the house. He was courteous and on time. There was no attempt to hard sell additional services. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They failed to complete the window cleaning as a 1 day service on the day that was agreed upon. When scheduled to return the next morning to complete the job, they did not return within the time expected between 10-10:30 am. When I called Mike the owner to informed him that his employee had not arrived as expected, he contacted the employee that was to return and confirmed there was an error on their part as to what time they were expected to complete the job. After I inspected what I thought was a completed job around my home, I found their were windows and screens that were not washed as agreed. There were several window screens that they had set aside but failed to clean, until I brought this to their attention after they were packed up to leave. At which time they completed cleaning the window and screens that needed to be cleaned.

I’ve used their services for the past three years, and I like them a lot! They always show up on time, are very efficient, and are very reasonably priced for the quality of the service (I’ve always done comparison shopping).
