Fish Window Cleaning

It didn't go. I cancelled the process. I advised Angie's List and within a week or so they took the charge off of my account. I have tried using contractors that were listed on Angie's List, but they either didn't show up when they said or their price was too high. After that "windows" episode, I decided Angie's List just didn't work for me.

It took two days. I call them to come back the second day to finish cleaning the kitchen windows. We had sprayed our deck about a year ago and the stain spray got on our windows in kitchen. They had to work a little harder on those. They were glad to come back and make me happy. You do need to tell them you want a industrial cleaning to get off paint or stain. They did not charge me more for the extra scrubbing! I also got a 10% discount because I found them on Angie's List. All in all it was a good experience.

Fish Window Cleaning showed up on time an performed the tasks in the agreement. The owner/ manager came back a few days later to touch up on a few spots. Very happy with the service. Friendly and polite staff. When they do the interior of windows they go fast and it drips. I tied back my curtains with threads to avoid getting any stains. Also I provided a towel for them to wipe the floor under each window. Overall satisfied with the service and will use them again.

I have yet to schedule the service. However, once I signed up through Angie's list, they were very professional and prompt. They arranged a time to come to my house to provide a quote.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I asked them to do a certain amount and they said it was going to be considerably higher than the deal so I paid it. I didn't think I was going to have extra charges so that was a bit of a surprise but that was fine. I have no reason not to use them again in the future.

We were very thrilled with his service and we most likely will be calling him again.

The window cleaning was excellent. The pressure wash was fair. They did not get the gutters or downspouts clean. When asked about them they said they could not get them clean. So why contract a job if you cannot fulfill all of the job.

We took advantage of a special price on Angie's List. The services by Fish were excellent. We were mainly concerned about windows in hard to reach areas and they did a terrific job. The crew was fast and even washed where we had not thought to mention (garage) and could have reached ourselves.

Very professional. Did a good job. Had to have them redo a few windows but they did and very willingly. Didn't wipe off the screens very well, but all in all I was very pleased, and will have them back. My windows sparkled. They were pleasant to deal with and very prompt and professional

I really wish I could give these folks a higher rating because they are nice people. They made my windows sparkle. But facts are facts, and a lot went wrong. Because of personnel problems, it took three days to complete my job. One man was here 11 hours the first day. Unfortunately, he didn't do a good job on the windows he washed (the owner redid them) and he badly damaged my wooden filing cabinet/desk by moving it without removing the drawers. The owner attempted to repair it, but the drawers don't shut, and it looks like the wreck it now is. I will replace it if I can find another similar one, but so far, I haven't. Also, one of my storm windows was broken when it was removed. The owner found someone to repair it and installed it. The man who came the first day called me the second day and told me he had two small jobs to do in Gainesville, a good hour away if traffic goes your way. He said he would do them and be at my house by noon. I didn't hold my breath, and it's a good thing I didn't. He never came. The owner came fairly late in the afternoon and a couple of his people came after they finished the jobs they were on. There wasn't enough daylight for them to finish, so it went into a third day. Again, the owner came as did his wife. My ratings are all over the place because I didn't know how to rate some aspects to reflect my experience. I was pleased with the result, but the process was a nightmare. I might even use them again after enough time has passed to make the experience less painful.

Everything went good, except 2 things. The owner came out before hand to check out the job. He said that the price of the big deal would cover more than what I had paid, so if I wanted him to, he could pressure wash my porch & sidewalk. So I said great & decided that I would pay extra to have him pressure wash my whole house, but on the day of service he said he did not bring his pressure washer. The other thing is they did not clean or wipe down the window sills.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was working from home when they arrived worked so quickly and efficiently I was undisturbed.

I had to postpone three times due to my work schedule. They came on the date I requested and the time the owner said they'd be here. Two very nice gentlemen did a great job with our windows. Because I had recommended this company to neighbors, one of my neighbors had all his windows washed, deck and house power washed and was very pleased. I just couldn't afford it this time. I highly recommend this excellent company and will use them in the future. My daughter and son-in-law were SO pleased! The windows were very dirty and now they sparkle!

They did a great job on the windows. They were here on time, and did the work. They even wore footies inside. It was just the best experience. They also pressure washed the house!

The technician was very polite and on time. He adequately cleaned the windows, but after he left I noticed that he missed a few of the windowsills. It's not a big deal because these are all easy for me to clean from the inside so I did not contact them to come back over.

Extremely thorough. I asked that they come as late in the pollen season as possible to get a thorough clean. I had not washed windows or screens in 7 years and they were quite grimy! He took his time and was incredibly thorough. The deal worked great for me, I will use them again!

The company sent out someone to review the job and give me an estimate of additional costs. After I scheduled the job, they arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in washing the windows both inside and out.. Both gentlemen were very friendly and were very careful around the house. I reviewed the job and they were prompt in taking care of any areas I pointed out.

They did a good job and came the same day the estimate was given. My only complaint is that they got some of the chemical they cleaned the vinyl siding with on some areas of my grass and killed the grass. Otherwise I was extremely pleased with their work.

They arrived early, went straight and were done in 2-2.5 hrs. They were very courteous, explained/verified what was to be done, cleaned up everything, and were on their way. They even cleaned the window sills as part of their cleanup. WOW!

The team ran an hour and a half late and didn't call. But once they arrived they were efficient and professional! I would highly recommend them. The quality of work versus the price was VERY reasonable.

They were fine I’ll probably call them again next year.
