Great guy and he started off well but unfortunately did not finish well at all. Made alot of open ended promises and did not follow through. He assured me that he could get the pet odor out of my oriental rug and unfortunately all the guarantees he gave me fell through. The communication was also poor and he had issues with calling me back. I wish I could of gave him 5 stars because he seems like he knows what he is doing and may have done a good job if he had followed though and not drop the ball. Now I am stuck with spending more money with another company because my service was not completed but I guess you win some you lose some. I just wish if he knew he could not complete the service why did I not get at least a partial refund.
