Months after we lost Mom, I went to check on her house to start getting it ready to sell. I found a slow leak in the basement had caused mold on everything from the carpet to the books and luggage stored down there. As if it weren't a difficult enough process. I called Clymore because of their high rating on Angie's List and Mark came that night to check it out. He started work asap and with his colleague worked weekends and nights until it was corrected. They left the basement immaculate. They were efficient and expert. My insurance company sent an adjuster and he confirmed their work was excellent. And, they are fine people I was comfortable having in the house. Mark stuck to his bid even when he realized he had underbid the job (we reached a fair agreed price at MY request). I can't express enough how impressed we are with this company.

Mark Clymore was fantastic. We found we had mold issues in the crawlspace. We got 5 different quotes from different mold remediation companies. Mark was truly remarkable! From the quoting process to finish, he was very informative, detailed, thorough, and professional. He would send a lot of pictures and videos to update his progress and assure us that things were done right. He offered a lot of helpful suggestions regarding our rental house issues. Mark did an excellent job removing the mold and bad drywall and cleaned all items that may have been infected. He also did a good job replacing the infected drywall with new drywall. I would recommend using him.

We recently found mold had grown beneath the kitchen cabinets as the result of an unreported leak (rental home). This job required mold remediation and carpentry to replace the damaged wood beneath the cabinets. The work was done quickly, professionally and at a fair price. They even replaced the faucet. Clymore Mold Remediation Company did an oustanding job! Not only was there visual damage of the cabinet due to water, the cabinet and kitchen smelled like mold. After Clymore was finished, the odor was competely gone and the cabinet looks better than new. I highly recommend this hiring this company.

Just like many other previous reviews, Mark came out and did a tremendous job and is professional. He described everything he was going to do, updated me along the way, he removed the mold, and then caulked the area closed that had been allowing moisture in and then caulked over areas where there could be any possible future issues also. I found Mark very professional and very thorough. Fingers crossed we don't ever have to deal with anymore mold issues, but if we do I'll absolutely ask him to come out again.

I was kind of nervous about calling someone to come out to my home to see if there was mold problem. Being a female you never know if your going to be overcharged or told there's a problem when you really dont have one. Mark came out and explained everything that needed to be done to my home. After speaking with him about my concerns he told me how much it would cost and I believe I was given a fair price. We scheduled the date for the job to be started. Mark told me that he had a few jobs already he was working on and that Troy would be the one to come out and complete the job. Troy made sure I understood that the project would run a couple of days. He did and excellent job and anything I had questions about he had no problem explaining. If I had a question via telephone all phone calls were returned promptly.
