Clymore Mold Remediation did a wonderful job of educating us about the mold situation in our house, removing visible mold, and installing tools to prevent additional mold in the future. I literally teared up when I saw the bathroom and hallway after the mold removal work was completed. In addition, their pricing was very fair compared to the other estimates we received for the work.

The Clymore team was on it! Overall a great experience! I highly recommend them. They quickly made their way to our house, assessed the situation and provided a detailed quote for the work. They communicated well throughout the process and provided useful answers to my questions. They scheduled the work and showed up exactly on time and were very pleasant to have at the. house. They actually did more than we agreed to, they felt the. need to do tape and mud some of the sheet rock seams themselves. They also treated and cleaned a part of the ceiling also not in the quote.

Mark arrived within hours of our phone call (another contractor recommended to us had failed to return two separate calls). He pointed out mold damage we hadn't seen, examined our attic and crawlspace, and explained to us bluntly and clearly what was damaged and what wasn't. He didn't try to upsell us at all, and after we agreed on the job work was completed within a week. He impressed us with his competence and willingness to share information, and we are glad we hired him.

We contacted Clymore in our search to find a company that could help track down what we thought might be mold. Mark was very helpful on our initial call and after discussing what we had already done to troubleshoot it, we had originally planned to have Clymore come out to assist. But he also offered to do a facetime call to take a look at it remotely and offer advice. In the end, the call was all we needed to narrow things down. Mark (Clymore) was very helpful and offered to share his expertise even though Clymore wasn't being hired for the job.

Mark Clymore and his technician Chris were not only punctual but also very thorough in their knowledge. They communicated well and then displayed an uncanny ability to provide more than what they committed to. Clymore Mold Remediation went beyond what was expected and actually performed a task beyond what they had committed to by repairing one of my furnace supports at no additional cost. This is a very hard working company of individuals who display a most enjoyable respect for their customers. I took bids from 4 different companies. Two had outrageous prices and one did not follow up on a commitment to come by at a specified time for further consultation. Mark Clymore and Chris did exactly as they committed and then did such an excellent, thorough and complete job my crawl space is now pristine, clean and free from the harmful effects of mold. If I could give them ten stars I would. I have never been more impressed.

Five stars for Clymore Mold Remediation. Mr. Clymore performed mold remediation in an entryway closet and on a small part of the dining room wall that was located close to the closet. He set up containment, eliminated the mold quickly and efficiently, and hauled away all of the debris. The clean up was great. He and his assistant worked diligently and Mr. Claymore answered all my questions such that I had confidence in his ability. Everything went smoothly and, although he estimated an all-day job, the job was finished in a few hours. Very much worth the money. I have hired him again for another job as well.

Mark and Chris were great. They communicated with me from a far thoroughly by providing a detailed analysis, sending pictures to discuss any questions or showing progress as well as understanding my communication from the phone. They serviced my duplex in Atlanta while I lived in Nashville. I never personally met them but my tenants gave compliments and progress was made with great time. I would hire them again but I won't need to because of the work they did.

We had an excellent experience with Mark from Clymore Mold. We had a bad shower leak due to an improperly fitted shower door that was installed by the prior homeowners, which caused mold to build up on the baseboard and wall outside of the shower. I did a lot of research and reached out to Clymore Mold after seeing so many positive reviews on Angie's List. After working with Mark, I can see why there are so many great reviews. He was very timely/responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend and hire again.

Months after we lost Mom, I went to check on her house to start getting it ready to sell. I found a slow leak in the basement had caused mold on everything from the carpet to the books and luggage stored down there. As if it weren't a difficult enough process. I called Clymore because of their high rating on Angie's List and Mark came that night to check it out. He started work asap and with his colleague worked weekends and nights until it was corrected. They left the basement immaculate. They were efficient and expert. My insurance company sent an adjuster and he confirmed their work was excellent. And, they are fine people I was comfortable having in the house. Mark stuck to his bid even when he realized he had underbid the job (we reached a fair agreed price at MY request). I can't express enough how impressed we are with this company.
