We are again amazed and incredibly pleased with the results. We had ideas about what we wanted in the front but Mark added his own suggestions based on the many other projects he's worked on. It was a collaborative effort which turned out perfect. As usual, they were on time, professional, hard working and easy to work with. When the job was finished, we were still looking for sconces for the front door area as well as fans. We have since finally found what we like and Mark has already said he would be back week after next to install them. I will attach pictures since some of the problems with the house were hard to explain. If you need any kind of work done in or on your house do NOT hesitate to call these folks--I don't think we could have found anyone better!

They have completed the inside work and we are absolutely 1000% pleased. Mark, Steve, Eric and Rich were easy to work with but they meant business. The professionalism, neatness and attention to detail they exhibit are far and above that of anyone we have ever used in the past. They even found and repaired a few issues that the home inspector didn't find when we bought the house (i.e. open junction boxes in the attic). Their prices may be just a little higher but it was worth it. In this case, we definitely got what we paid for and more. Our project is in two phases--Phase One was updating the inside and Phase Two will involve the outside. They have not started the outside work yet but we are absolutely sure that we have the right people working on our house. We will submit another review when that work is complete. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working, detailed, contractor group to work for you, you cannot choose a better team! Do not hesitate to contact Clymore Mold Remediation! They were professional. They were extremely thorough and they were knowledgeable. Very pleasant. It was very detailed and he took digital photos so he could show me where the work needed to be done. One thing that's really good is anytime I call, I always get somebody that answers the phone and she's extremely capable. The only reason I didn't give an "A" is because it is going to cost us more than I thought. I don't know that it's an unreasonable amount but it was more than I planned for so I feel like I can't quite give them an "A" yet. They sent the proposal to the wrong email address and I didn't hear back for a while. They had actually prepared the proposal, it just didn't get to me for a while because it had went to the wrong address. I'm so used to dealing with having to leave a message for somebody to get back to me and they call and I can't pick up. There's always somebody to talk to and she's always able to answer my question or get me quickly to somebody who can.

The Clymore team did a great job! They really cared that the job was done right and they did very high quality work throughout our project. They were very thorough in repairing both the inside and outside of our home. My husband and I highly recommend Clymore Mold Remediation and have already given their contact information to a neighbor who needs some work done.

It went well. He was very informative. We never got to do the testing because doing the test was not necessary. He advised that it would be an unnecessary cost since the mold situation was obvious. I would definitely use him again.

The Clymore Mold Restoration Team's service from the beginning to end was excellent. The team is very knowledge of the mold and offered great suggestions on how best to address the pending issues. I was extremely pleased with the work of Clymore & group. They responded swiftly, came onsite to provide a free work estimate, and were very patient helping me learn about this situation. They did a thorough examination of the external and internal sections that were effected and explained the necessary steps clearly. Once I approved their bid, they began work immediately. Remediation included digging a water removal ditch alongside the exterior wall, pulling the rainwater-path underground and away from the house; they also removed the siding parts that were damaged, removing interior wall segments and tiles that were water-affected. Then they sanitized the area including an in-house plastic walling-off. After the area was repaired and the standing water was remediated, they cleared and cleaned the area with care. Excellent customer service, professional and timely. This is a costly home-problem to repair: I trusted them and their work. Easy and clear communicators: I have already highly recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!

Mark and his team made multiple trips back to our house, and even brought a Company rep out to see the issues for himself. When they couldn't come up with a way to solve the issues with the product, Mark offered to completely resurface the deck, using a different product, at his cost. They made a commitment to not stop until we were completely satisfied, and they delivered. Once again, I was impressed with his level of professionalism and the quality of his work.

We were just about to begin a kitchen remodel when our cabinet installers noticed some mold growth. Mark and his crew were out here and had the entire project completed in less than a week so that our work was only minimally delayed. They are adept at working with older homes and gave us a fair price for the work provided. The quality of the work was exceptional and they took great care to enclose the work area so that dust was not spread throughout the entire house. I've hired Mark many times over the past 16 years, mostly on commercial and office remodeling. He's always dependable and able to give the best price possible. His skills as a general contractor make him ideal for this specialized work. He not only knows how to take care of the mold issue, he's great at the general repairs that can accompany it. Mark and his crew are also very LGBTQ friendly. So no worries there!

I was so impressed with the quality of the work Mark's team did for us. He was prompt, responsive, thorough and conscientious. He followed through on every promise. He was very helpful in offering ideas for addressing issues we discovered, always respectful of my budget. He communicated with me frequently and answered all my questions. I purchased a rental property with mold evidence in the basement. I had Clymore clean the mold and help elevate the source of moisture in the basement to my rental property. They did a great job and were very professional. Since the clean up, the basement smells so much better! I feel very confident that my renters are living above a clean healthy space.

The company did a very professional job. Everyone, from Troy who made the initial assessment, to CJ who expedited the quotes and responded to questions via email and phone, to the two crew members who performed much of the work, answered on the site questions, returned to take care of a problem which arose not due to their error but the person who had originally performed some of the work. I have set up the work in stages and they have been very helpful and agreed to work with me along these lines. Troy is quite knowledgeable about the field of mold retardation, water retention in home areas and fixes which are efficient and effective. I have been very impressed with the quality of everyone who represents this company.

Troy was very thorough with inspecting our home and found multiple areas that were leaking. We could smell the mold but we could not locate where it was coming from. He was able to figure out how to find the source of water, while limiting the amount of damage necessary to find it. Once the areas were identified, he had a plan for remediating and repairing the areas. It was nice to rely on one company to do the work from beginning to end. Troy went above and beyond while he was at our house and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed by Troy, Mark and their staff. They were very professional, shared information willingly and in advance of all work performed.
