Description of Work: Since Angie's List gave Cleaning by Melissa such a high rating, I contacted the company back in April or May (I would need to check my email for the date) for services, and it took close to a week for this company to return my email as well my phone call. The person said the company was booked until June. So, I sent an email requesting services twice a month starting in June. However, I still have not heard back from them. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. Apparently, they do not need the business. It would have been courteous to have replied to my email.

Description of Work: I have try to contact Cleaning by Melissa and never get a call back I have tried for the whole month of July and nothing no e- mail no phone call. You would thing she would at least call. I do live in the area that she services. I even went to her web page and e- mail her.. SO NO I wouldn't use her.

+ -1 moreEverything went great, the house was immaculate when we moved in. Melissa and her team did such a great job that we will be bringing them out to clean our house more often!
Description of Work: Melissa and her team came out and performed a deep clean on my new house, as the previous tenants left it a mess. They did a fantastic job from top to bottom. They took time cleaning the baseboards, wiping down doors, sweeping, mopping, windows...you name it they did it!

+ -1 more|The only thing they didn't do and I asked someone else to do was clean the carpets. I was very please with the results of everything I asked them to do and the apartment facility was very satisfied at how clean we left the apartment.
Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned the apartment we had moved out of...vacuuming, washing windows, dusting window sills....everything was amazingly cleaned.

Description of Work: First cleaning $185 - very professional and polite. Did an absolutely fantastic job! Smelled wonderful and looked fabulous when I arrived home! Cannot say enough good things! Very extensive cleaning including changing linens. Plan on using them biweekly now since they did such a great job! Biweekly cost will be $85 - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.

+ 0 moreMelissa is very professional. In fact, it's unheard of how professional she is, honestly. Her work is great and her philosophy on doing a great job and quality work is fantastic. We have known her for more than a year and highly recommend her as someone you can trust in your home. One nice touch, is she will text you when she's done and leaving your home. She's very family oriented and a great person. She's enjoys her work and always does little extra touches for our son. Our son comes home and can't wait to see what things she's done to his room with his action figures and stuffed animals. I've posted a lot of ratings on this site and I only rate people positive that truly deserve it.
