Description of Work: I was very impressed. They arrived on time and got right to work. I showed the workman a bug that we had from last year and again this year. He thought it was a type of beetle. He brought the bugs to be looked at. Within hours he called to inform me it was a grain beetle. Now that is good service! He educated me on what I could do to rid them. I signed up for quartly service. This is the best part: The $79 I paid will be applied to my next service. Great company to work with.

Description of Work: We purchased a new home (new to us but not new) and it had not ever had a termite treatment nor had it been treated regularly for pest control in quite some time. Breda does our quarterly pest control and they have been awesome. We also had them do a termite treatment. Prices were right in line with other estimates we got. They have always a been great about coming back if needed for ants in the yard. We have little ones and Breda was great about taking the time to explain all of the chemicals to me. Very safe and very professional - call them!

Description of Work: They arrived on time, very courteous and professional. While doing the assessment in my attic, they discovered some other issues, and set a time the next day to get it reviewed. They gave me an estimate on the spot, and arranged for the service to be done. At the end, I did not get the energy audit, but not too disappointed by it.

Description of Work: Date of last service is a guess, approximate amount spent is a guess, it was a deal presented by Angie's List and was an outstanding value at whatever the price was. In the spring Breda came out and sprayed our yard for mosquitoes. Breda returned for re-treatment monthly, all summer. In summer's past, we've been eaten alive when we've spent any appreciable time outdoors. This year we hardly ever even saw a mosquito. Guessing at the price...seems like it was $150 or $180 but well worth it to be able to enjoy our yard all summer. An office rep always called before they came and they were always punctual and professional. This was such a positive experience that I have since contracted with Breda for other services.

Description of Work: Performed and excellent service that revealed areas of our house were being penetrated by squirrels and other creatures by eating through the areas around our gutters and various wooded areas. Droppings were discovered in several areas of our attic and the large area above our detached garage. This is such a practical service, I am surprised that no one hasn't thought of this before now. Both of our attics (where droppings were found) were vacuumed out and a bacterial spray was laid down first and every place where we had gutters a stainless steel barrier was put under the roofing and behind the gutters. They also placed traps to catch any remaining animals that were caught after the house was sealed up. The final action was to pump in a product that contained fine pieces of newspaper and a substance that would keep anything from living in this environment. They have a yearly service for a very nominal fee that guarantees these areas to stay free of creatures and rodents on a yearly basis. My final comment is that each of the employees was very qualified and very courteous and always explained every step of the way from start to finish. My final score is A+

Description of Work: Breda performed indoor and outdoor pest control spraying. Lucca was on time and was very thorough. He was very professional and answered my questions. I was especially concerned about the spraying affecting my cats, but he assured me that the product used was safe. I was very pleased with the service, and since a few months have passed without any pests in the house, the spraying was very effective.

What I really appreciated is that with a busy work schedule they were autonomous; called before they came and just did what they were there to do without requiring me to be there. Like 'em so much I referred them to my neighbors!

Description of Work: They showed up exactly at 8 a.m. as scheduled. I did use the Angie's List coupon hence the low price yet it was a complete service and not some quickie run through. I only wanted a one time service and while I was offered quarterly service there was absolutely zero pressure once they understood what I wanted. I will absolutely use these folks again.

Description of Work: These guys are great. We used them for the first time this year for the mosquito removal and our yard has been bug and gnat free. It is comfortable to be outside for the first time in eight years. They call ahead of the treatment and do what they advertise. We will continue the service next year.

Description of Work: We had some things in the attic that they came and sealed the entire attic and worked on the gutters. They kept the squirrels and pests out but setting traps and getting them all out. It's finally quiet up there, so they must have done it right!

Description of Work: They provided pest control services. When I bought the home, they had a termite bond on the house, so that’s why I used them. They did charge a much lower price, but didn’t treat the entire home effectively, and didn’t do a very good job. They couldn’t complete the assigned tasks, so I had to go with another company.

Description of Work: We hired them for mosquito control, monthly spraying for seven months. They arrive like clock work, every month, without us having to call. Last month, we asked them after they arrived, to postpone spraying for a week, which they did without hesitation. The mosquito barrier works and we've been so impressed we've asked them for a quote on quarterly pest control. Update 10/1/11: Have now hired them to do quarterly pest control and termite treatment. Again, arrived exactly as scheduled, did their work, and very plesant to work with. Highly recommend them.
