Great service. They came out within a day or two. The tech was professional. Even took off his shoes at the front door. He answered all our questions. Treated the basement, first floor, second floor, and treated around the house.

The gentleman that came was on time and very polite. Durham educated me about the products he was using and gave me tips to help see less of the critters in my basement. He took his time to cover every inch of the house inside and out. I have seen a tremendous reduction in spiders and crickets and feel more assured to cruse my basement without the encounter of a eight legged creature or a cricket hopping in my direction. I would recommend this company!!

I noticed that small insects were coming out of my second bathroom so I began panic. So I went to research for pest control and I found Breda with a special for infared scanning. I scheduled my appointment and I was greeted by the representative. He stayed for over an hour inspecting every part of my house. He then told me the dreaded news, "I have termites." So he went in detail about termites and what they can do. After my termite lesson, I dreaded telling him I couldn't afford treatment. That is when wonderful news came that I could pay with an initial fee and pay the rest over a short period. I was so relieved. So I signed and I received pretreatment and an appointment for inside and outside treatment 4 days later. I am very pleased with my service and very pleased that this company empathizes with hard working people and will help them anyway possible.

They were very professional. The service person came in asked what our needs were and then explained what he was going to do. It was quick and painless. We have not seen any bugs since, so I assume that he did a through job. By the way, it is guaranteed, so if we do see a bug they will be right back out.

The provider came to my house for an initial treatment. The man that came to my house seemed to want to socialize more with me than spray for bugs. He made me uneasy, so I pretended that I was answering work email so he would leave me alone. He was here for about 30-45 minutes and said he was finished. After a couple of weeks I was noticing more roaches throughout the house. I called the company and they offered to send someone for a second treatment. Even after the second treatment, there is still a problem. It actually seems like the roach problem is worsening. I called the company again to see if this was a problem with other customers in the area and to see if they had a solution for the bug problem. They said that they would come to the house for a 3rd treatment but I would be responsible to pay. I decided to spend my money elsewhere since they obviously do not have the appropriate experience for pest control treatment.

It went okay. The tech missed a room because I was speaking with another technician at the time in that area. I went out to car to remind him about the room that he missed and he came in and sprayed it. The tech reminded me of their 30 day guarantee before he left.

He came out yesterday and there was no reason for him to do service.

The technician was very friendly and informative. It was good to find someone who is willing to talk openly and honestly about our issues even when they weren't his reason for being there. He had good advice for mammal pests even when he was there for insect control. I'd definitely use the vendor again.

The tech was right on time, explained everything clearly, and got rid of the bees. Haven't had a problem since!

Purchased the Breda coupon as a gift for my parents' home. Met the technician at their home and he arrived early. He discussed the coupon I purchased and described in detail what it included. I walked with him throughout the inspection and he detailed what he was doing and why, as well as what he saw and what problems it could be causing. After the treatment the technician discussed what services the company offered + prices, and based on the inspection, gave his recommendation and how their services would be beneficial to me. I think the service inspection/treatment went well and the technician was very knowledgeable. He offered future services from Breda, but was not pushy, and I am considering a contract for regular services. The price of the coupon was not unreasonable, but a $59 or $69 intro special would probably have encouraged me sign-up sooner ( I waited until the offer was about to expire) and I probably would have purchased an additional coupon.

It was good. Scheduling was easy. They sent one technician, and he was here for less than an hour. The treatment has been pretty effective. We had a lot of fleas in the crawl space prior to the treatment. Now we no longer have problems with that.

It went very well. They were in and out. We used them the one time because of the deal and they took care of everything we needed at the time. I liked them and the pests did seem to improve after their service, but I don't have a strong opinion because I didn't continue regular services. I have since gotten other quotes with other providers in the area for less.

We're new to the area and noticed a lot of bugs, insects, roaches etc. in our newly purchased home. So based on Angie's list reviews we went ahead and signed up with them. While they are a little bit more expensive (approx $120/visit) than some of the others, they will come as many times as you need them to and there is no yearly contract. Those are big advantages over the others. We've had them come out and spray the house a couple of times. It's very easy to get an apt, the guy is always punctual and very easy to deal with. The only thing that I'd dock them slightly on is that even after two sprays we still see some bugs and roaches inside. But I think that has more to do with where we live than anything else. Hopefully by this time next year, we will be rid of most of the bugs and especially the roaches. I

They were VERY professional and knowledgeable as he explained each product as well as the effect on our pets ( which was none ). I would DEFINITELY refer them to friends and family. I was very satisfied.

I purchased a pest control service and got a response that evening; very punctual. I communicated via email and was satisfied with the response. There was a mix-up on the service time and date but ended up working out better for me. I scheduled Friday, September 12 @ 11:30 AM but they called on Thursday afternoon at 4:40 PM to let me know they were running 20 minutes behind schedule. I expressed that I was told differently but that this would work out better for me anyway. The technician was very friendly, professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. He told me about what insects he had noticed and made me feel at ease about the whole process. I signed an agreement with them for a quarterly service. I am glad I did not have to sign a one year contract. Overall, I was very satisfied.
