Breda Pest Management

The work didn’t go very well with them. We are sure that they are fine with their pest control, but we had a problem with what we thought was bedbugs in our basement bedroom. Their man came out and had one of these handheld wand detectors. Their man was extremely nice and professional. Their man just waved that over the bed and over a few other areas too. The lights went on or the buzzers weren’t off or whatever it was. The man said that we needed to get those treated for the whole room and explained how they did it with the machine. It heats the room up to a certain temperature and that is supposed to help in killing the bed bugs, but he recommended the entire house be done. It would have cost us $2000. The man also needed a payment for the room that he checked, and we think it was $400. We paid him that. It also turned out that we didn’t use them, and they did willingly return the money. The equipment they used was obviously faulty. Their work was extremely misleading, but it was not that they willingly did it. We could have ended up paying $2000 for nothing. Their price was terrible. We are sure that they do well with their regular pest control even though their work for us was extremely misleading. We would not use them again in the future, and we would obviously not recommend them to others for bedbug control. We used another company for the bedbugs.

The service technician showed up at the arranged time and thoroughly explained the procedure and the chemicals used. He was very professional, polite, and informative. He proceeded to do the exterior and interior pest control spray and told me if I needed anything in between service dates to call the office. I had to have someone come back out the following Friday because the service, which was very thorough, has not eliminated our home of pests. However, they were very quick to set up a follow up date to re-do the service. My brother was home for the second appointment and said the technician was very friendly and even gave us tips on how to prevent the bugs from coming, etc. However, I had to call them again today to set up ANOTHER follow up visit since the bugs are STILL not gone. However, I understand this is a months long process to rid an old house (built in the 60s) of bugs - esp in the winter since they are ALL trying to get inside where its warm. The company has been very friendly and accommodating and I am very pleased with their responsiveness. Especially since I am having them come out a third time, I feel like the money is definitely worth it. I purchased the "Big Deal" coupon for $69. Hopefully this third treatment takes care of the problems we are having and I will only need the service done every four months.

They did a very good, thorough job spraying and removing the termites. They had to dig into the ground and inject the areas. They will now come out once per year to do a check to make sure they don't need to do any additional treatment. They left the area pretty clean and I am happy with their service.

Simply outstanding. If you think about it, one doesn't think critically about pest or termite treatment services very often, but these folks are models of what every service business should strive for. If for nothing else, the professionalism and competence are worth every penny. The inspection by Durham was more thorough than I could have dreamed of (he says he inspects as though it were his own home...and his actions demonstrate it. I wouldn't have even inspected my own home's crawl space that thoroughly!), and I was impressed at every turn, whether scheduling the treatment, to follow up, to documentation following treatment. Really a class act all the way around, and I'm glad for an outlet like Angie's list ot pass on an enthusiastic recommendation. Dollars and cents are one thing, and important, but quality matters, too, and they have it.

They were great. The guy actually showed up a little bit early. He did a thorough look around the place and treated for everything we saw. We had some ants and roaches. We actually signed up for their quarterly pest service. We will absolutely use them again.

This was an excellent transaction. The technician showed up right on time and explained everything to me. Then he just let me know when he was coming for the future treatments and it was done. We saw almost no mosquitos this year so it was worth every penny!!!

They were the BEST company we have ever used. I heard from them right away as soon as I emailed them and then scheduled for that week. The serviceman was prompt, KNOWLEDGEABLE and told me TONS about the company as well as the industry. I learned ALOT! Also, he provided me with Moth Traps for our closets. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT service! USE them!!

I was extremely satisfied with their service. I talked to four different companies for the same problem and they were the only ones that made sense. They explained the whole process of what they were going to do. I rate them high overall. I will definitely use them in the future.

We have a pool and lots of English ivy in our yard. Every summer we have a HORRIBLE time with mosquitos. When this came up as an Angies List deal I thought "what the heck - might as well try it". The $225 that I spent for this device was the best money I have ever spent! My family and I could not believe it - NO MOSQUITOS!!! I am serious! Incredible - I will definitely be calling Breda again next summer (I hope Angie's list will run another special) From beginning to end their service was FANTASTIC!

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal from Breda Pest Control. They were very responsive, and had a technician (Antwar) out the next day. Antwar was so nice, and did a thorough job in our home, explaining any possible issues that we may have. I am very happy with this service, and will definitely be using Breda for continuing pest control.

We did not submit a report until now as this is a running service for several months. So far, they have been on time every time. Go about their business quietly and best of all WE HAVE NO MOSQUITOS this year. This company has done a great service for us. We highly recommend it.

They are good. I was using them at my previous home. I think they are on Angie’s List. They are timely. They are thorough. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing. I don’t see any pests. I would definitely use them again in the future.

As soon as I bought the deal online, the company called me to set up an appointment. They came on time and got to work immediately. He sprayed a bit more in our utility closet after I asked him to. There were no hassles with the deal and the exterminator was friendly and professional. I recommended them to my mother that very day. I would use them again.

Everyone I interacted with at Breda was very kind and professional, definitely a company that understands customer service. Darrell came out for the inspection and did a great job explaining everything he was doing as well as the treatment needed. Levi and Corey did the actual termite treatment. They were prompt and very courteous.

We have had a HORRIBLE time in the past with mosquitos. By this time of year, we can hardly sit outside because of the bugs... not this year. We bought "the Big Deal" from Breda, and after 3 treatments we haven't seen a single mosquito. Our neighbors on either side have remarked how bad the mosquitos have been this year... but we just haven't seen them. About 2 weeks ago our neighbor had a party, and my husband went over there and remarked that there was a noticeable difference in the amount of bugs from our property line to their line... He said he wouldn't have believed it if he hadn't seen it himself. We have been very, very happy and depending on price, we would very likely use this service again next year, and also recommend it to all of our neighbors, family and friends.

They actually make a set time. If they say 10 am, at 10 am there is a knock at the door. I don't get that from anybody. Their costs are very standard. They did a great job. I am just amazed that they actually set a time and they are right there when they say they will be. I haven't found anybody else that does that. I will continue to use them.

I took advantage of an Angie's List special for Breda for mosquito spraying. They are contracted to come for 7 treatments. They have come for 3 to date. Overall, I believe the treatments are working. We have a wonderful backyard with big comfy chairs, but the mosquitos were a huge issue. We can now sit out there from dusk to mid-evening with no bites. The technician's are punctual and very professional. I highly recommend Breda!

They offer a pretty reliable good service. They have kept me pretty well pest free. They come back as many times you need them between quarters. I like their responsiveness. They build a personal customer relationship. They know my property. I like that they don’t send a different guys every time. Their price is reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Crew arrived on time, or even a bit early. They explained what they were going to do and stayed with the plan. Both technicians were polite and wasted no time. I'd use BREDA again, and I would recommend their services, although I did not shop pricing, their cost was in line with what I expected. I only ranked cost and quality as "good" because I don't have comparison points, but I have no complaints on either.

The people at this company are fantastic. I originally called them to get quarterly pest control, but while doing so, the exterminator discovered that I have termites, so I ended up paying them to do that also. Unfortunately, where I planted my garden was where they had to put some of the stuff for the termites, so I had to dig it all up. The exterminators were even nice enough to point out places where I could replant my garden that wouldn't be in the way of the stuff they had to put down. I really like that they automatically debit me for the quarterly stuff, and they have their office person (I can't remember her name, but she is super nice) call me to set up appointments to spray, so I don't have to remember myself. I love this company!

These people were very professional. I have complete confidence that our home is covered under their termite contract. Very good experience.

I will be switching to another company as I think the bugs are getting used to the product that they use. They come out on time. They are very polite. They have been effective in the past. I have been using them for 2 years. I think the bugs are used their spray. They have become less effective now. I spend $100 per quarter on them. They are an honest company and they are reliable. They are great. If had an additional problem, they would come back and spray again. I will continue to use them until I find another company.
