The application went very well. The Termidor was pumped into the ground around the foundation perimeter. Although we did not have any evidence of termites, the treatment proved also to be effective in eliminating ants, roaches and other pesky crawlers. We are completely satisfied and the product is warranted for 10 years.

I had many things completed. Initially it included rodent removal, which involved inspection, cleaning & santizing, and trapping. I also had the house sealed. This required trap check and removal. They were very responsive and professional. Having rodents is embarassing, but all of the Breda staff made this as easy to deal with as possible.I also had termite inspection and treatment. They were easy to work with and my challenging schedule, and extremely responsive when submitting communications via their website. That was much appreciated.I also decided to have gutter covers installed as I have very large oak trees. That has been so beneficial, and now that fall is approaching, it will be so exciting to not see leaves pile up and clog the gutters. I will probably use them to add and replace insulation later this year.

They came out, but I still saw insects after they left. This was a one time treatment though, so I didn't expect them all to be gone. They were real friendlyt and arrived on time.

Breda never misses a month and is good about sending an email before coming out so we can unlock the gate.Also careful to avoid spraying around my tomato vines which is very much appreciated.

So far it has been the best money I have spent- I can enjoy our porch and deck - even go out to the mailbox without getting bites. It was embarassing to have visitors get eaten up by mosquitos just from the car to the front door. Company gives a call ahead of time and leaves a receipt in the mailbox after the visit. Thank you!

They do a great job. The inspector was very thorough and complete with his discussion of what he was doing and what to think about for the future.

They were awesome. They did the mosquito treatment. The price is reasonable. Their customer services is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and very effective.

The mosquito control service is a must! I could not go outdoors, even on my deck, without putting bug spray on for the past few years, but this year, I haven't used bug spray once and have only gotten 1 or 2 bites! Will definitely be using them again for this service. I could tell at the end of the month that the spray was wearing off, but once they came and sprayed, the mosquitos were gone.

Amazingly, it literally took only ONE HOUR from the time I discovered the nest to the moment Breda left my home, nest gone and problem solved! And I used an Angie's List BuyNow Deal which saved 47%! This was a superb customer service experience.Details... When I discovered the hornet's nest, I hopped online seeking removal advice. Most sites recommended professional removal. I saw a few recommended services online, but (light bulb!) then I went to Angie's List to research. I read reviews and deals, selected, and called Breda. They answered immediately and courteously, said that they could provide service within hours, and said they honored the Angie's List BuyNow Deal so go ahead and buy it online and give a copy of the email receipt to the technician for payment in full. I made the purchase. Minutes later, the tech called and said he's already in my neighborhood and will be on site to remove the hornet's nest in fifteen minutes. Mike was courteous, professional, experienced, and fully equipped to do the job. And brave! Mike completed the task in twenty minutes, then headed off to his next client. My yard was safe again in only one hour thanks to Breda Pest Management.This experience went so well that it was almost a non-event. I received excellent service and a great deal. Thanks Angie!

Overall, they were extremely knowledgable and very nice! They helped with my problem, and I will surely use them again if ever needed. I can now sleep at night w a better peace of mind!!!

I had prior experience with a different company that offers the same service, so I knew that it was effective. When I saw the price (less than half of what I had been paying), I jumped on this offer. I bought the Angie's List coupon and then contacted Breda to set up the monthly treatments. Since then, they have been coming every month to spray my yard. The spray makes a huge difference in the number of mosquitoes around, and Breda is always good about calling in advance to make sure that they're coming at a convenient time.

I thougth Breda was excellent! The individual scheduling appointments was very pleasant and friendly and overall the company was professional and very responsive.

I bought the Angie's List coupon for general pest control. The technician was very friendly, competent, and efficient. He said that I needed to have a plastic barrier in my crawl space, which I had already shopped various companies to do that. The discounted price he offered was much better than what I had found. I contracted for BREDA to come back and do that. I signed a quarterly contract, as well. Very professional and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services. I am so glad that I found this comapny and that wouldn;t have been possible had I not joined Angie's List. THANKS, ANGIE!

I received an estimate of $2,300 to add rodent resistent T.A.P. insulation to the attic. They even gave me a flyer about how T.A.P. insulation prevents rodents. When I asked about a guarantee/warranty I was told it was a lifetime. When I asked for it in writing, I was told it would be emailed to me. I never received any email. When I went to the T.A.P. insulation manufacturer's website, they specifically stated that their insulation has no effect on rodents. Be wary of this company. They are making claims even their supplier does not back. The Provider Response below does not address the claims they are making and that are explicitly denied by the manufacturer of the insulation, T.A.P. Boric acid has no effect on rodents, and as it says below it only effects insects after contact. Lastly, while I can not post website links, independent studies have shown this insulation is not a effective preventive to rodent infestation, no matter what its density. Do your research before buying. It is a good insulation for energy savings and insect control. It just isn't a rodent control solution. I am still waiting for my email and have never received any follow-up from Breda since expressing my concerns.

Breda Pest Management has been fabulous to deal with. They are courteous, respectful, and thorough. They explain things so you know exactly what they're doing and exactly what you're getting. They go out of their way to complete their services. Their price is competitive and their termite service was cheaper. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I had them come out just for the coupon mosquito treatment. It been going great, they have been showing up and they are treatments have been good.

These guys were great. There was no issues with honoring the coupon that I had. When I scheduled the appointment they did everything in a timely manner. They were very responsive to any questions I had. They followed through with everything. The gentlemen who came out was patient and always does a thorough job. I always request the same guy every time.

I chose them because I saw their ratings on another web site. I would recommend them, the people that come out are courteous and nice. They do a good job, we have about 15,000 square feet, and they take over an hour to do it.

Breda is AWESOME! The technician, Luca, arrived EARLY and got right to work. We have been in the house for 25 years and have not had a bug problem until last year after we brought some boxes from storage into our house - the storage place had been full of bugs and so we (unknowingly) invited them right in. We had been fighting the battle on our own, destroying a dishwasher in the process (the bugs apparently like to nest in the warm electronic parts of machinery - YUCK!) Luca understood exactly what needed to be done, explained the type of chemicals he was using and what we should expect, and then spent an hour spraying, examining and treating. Although he said not to expect immediate results (the chemicals would break the bugs' life cycle but would not kill immediately) I DID see an immediate reduction in the number of bugs in my kitchen. Luca also said he didn't think further treatment would be necessary - but I will definitely call Breda if I ever see a bug in my house again!!In the week since our treatment, I have seen 2 live bugs and 4 dead ones - I've been able to replace the dishwasher and now feel civilized again.
