Breda Pest Management

We first called Breda when we were buying our house and needed a termite inspection. They did the inspection for a reasonable price, so we contracted with them to do a preventative termite treatment. Then, when we started having problems with cockroaches, we called them again, and they got rid of them quickly. Finally, we found a squirrel in the attic, and they chased him out, fixed the entry points, and cleaned up the resulting mess. Overall, great job. We would use them again.

I was happy with the service provided. Although I did not have to be present for the treatments, for those visits when I was at home at the treatment time, the Breda staff were very friendly and professional. The treatments did seem to reduce the number of mosquito's over the summer months so I was happy with the service provided.

Regarding the termite inspections, its best to do a detailed inspection yourself before they so their annual inspection. We pointed out termite activity after they found none. If you suspect termite activity, do not disturb the area unless a representative of Breda or any termite company for that matter is present to witness what you find. We had to tear into a wall at our own risk to find the activity. It really wasn't a risk as it was evident the termites were hard at work. The first time we had damage we chose to pick our own contractor. We didnt' have Angies List then and the experience was horrible! This was not Breda's fault; just a poor choice of contractors on our part. The second time we used the contractor Breda had chosen and had a good experience. they had to replace an entire front wall in the garage and did a good job.

I am quite happy with Breda and will use them again in the future.

I had them out when I first bought the house. They do a good job every time they come and the people are good about communicating. I would recommend to others that they hire them.

We have been using them for a while. They inspection for termite and pests. They are professional and they do a good job. There is nothing that we dislike about them.

This was an Angie's list deal so the ongoing price would be more but I did decide to use them for regular pest(insect) control

Our termite contract / bond is expiring in May. We needed to get some estimates for a retreatment. Rick arrived right on schedule. He was friendly and professional. A thorough inspection of the property was made and a detailed explanation of the proposed termite service was made. He used his infrared equipment to do the inspection. Excellent presentation! We will be getting a couple of more estimates, but Breda is in the running.

My husband was home all day. For whatever reason, they came without calling to confirm, and performed the pest control outside and then left. We had to call them to return to complete the inside of the house. We signed-up for quarterly service and will continue to use them. They need to call before coming to confirm there is no misunderstanding. We are pleased with the service they provide.

He came out and sprayed. He was very nice. It was only a one time treatment and I won’t be using them again. I live in a condo, and they usually handle other pests. I used them specifically for scorpions. He sprayed outside only per my request, which it seemed to work. I haven’t seen any since. He was not pushy and was very professional.

As I wrote above, it all went well, and Tom was very professional.

The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job.

The worker came out and did the treatment. A couple of days later, ants came back. They came right back and did another treatment. That time, it was fine.

They were on time, did what was promised and haven't had roaches since they came.

A great experience, one I plan to use again this year.

It was a long day, as there was a lot of house to do, and the drilling is loud and makes a good deal of dust, but I felt the work was done quickly, and with the minimum of inconvenience to me. They arrived on time, and let me know when the job was done. This was also the case for the initial inspection and estimate, which I appreciated greatly. Excellent communication and excellent work. They are welcome back any time. I'll never need another termite contractor, as these guys were thorough, and you also get the option to have a termite bond with yearly inspections.

From the estimate through the end of the first service, it was a very enjoyable, professional experience. We purchased a foreclosure knowing that it had a rodent problem and wanted to get it cleared up before moving in. The man that provided the estimate was very thorough, explained probably more information than we needed about the rodents we had and how Breda would get rid of them over the course of the next 6 weeks as well as keep them from coming back. We negotiated a price for the service and requested the work be done as soon as possible. They had a cancellation the next day. The technicians arrived on time and got straight to work. They even worked with our handyman to find the source of a roof leak that was leading to water damage in the master bedroom. It was related to previous attempts at fixing the rodent problem, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the roof was properly sealed. Once the work was completed, they walked me through all the work they did and to schedule the follow up appointments to check the traps. We're extremely pleased with the work they have done so far and will also have them come back for pest control treatments. We look forward to working with Breda again.

Our former pest control that we had used for over 25 years had lost their sense of customer service. Different technicians each time and they came when it was convenient for them not us. So many times they just did an outside service and did not come into the house. This would go on for months. Breda is the complete opposite. They value their customers' time and needs. Very personal and informative. They call to set up an appointment that is convenient for your schedule each quarter. We've had the same technician, Tom, and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always reminds me that if I need any service before our next appointment that I just need to call. I am getting better protection at a much more reasonable price.

It was easy to schedule with Breda and they came out quickly. They completed the indoor and outdoor services and gave me an assessment of what they saw. He was friendly and polite and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I was so pleased that I signed up for quarterly service and we have been using Breda for over a year now.
