They are on time, send the same tech, and do a good job. After the first visit when we moved in, asked them to come back to knock down some pesky bugs, which they gladly did. I have decided to use them for Termite contract also, as mine was up with another company.

Laying in the bed watching TV, waiting for my husband to get home and the dog started barking. As I set up in the bed, something flew in and out of my room...scaring me half to death!!! When it flew in again...I thought it might be a bat, but didn't think bats were in GA. Called my neighbor and told him there was a "bird" in my house. He came over and we searched high and low but couldn't find the "bird". The following morning, I informed my husband that there was a bird in the house. He searched for it and once he found it, he also said it looked like a bat. Contacted several pest control companies but received my first call back from Mitchell at Breda Pest Management. He was very polite and informative with his explanation of their services. I made the appointment for the following morning. About 8:30am, Rich Edmondson showed up at my door. He knew that I was obviously freaked out about having a bat in my house but he was very calming and explained exactly what he was going to do while he was doing his inspection. He went into the attic and checked for any visible signs of unwanted intruders and check several rooms that I pointed out that he might have flown in. He also checked the perimeter of the house. After his inspection, he advised that in his professional opinion that he felt like it was a fluke accident that the bat was in the house. Said that he could have easily gotten in when I opened the door for the dog to go outside but that he truly didn't feel like there was a bat infestation on my property. He was very honest about the motto of the company's owner, to treat everyone as you would want to be treated. And that there is no reason to charge someone a ridiculous amount of money for unnecessary services. He provided me with his business card and told me that if I had any additional issues, not to hesitate to contact him. This was truly appreciated and I would use Breda Pest Management for ANY AND ALL pest issues that I have in the future!!!

We saw droppings in a cabinet and because we use Breda for Pest control we called them for animal exterminating. They sent a person out the following day. This is not the same person who services our home for pest control. The person they sent said we had rat droppings although my husband and I thought mice. We asked him over and over again and he said rat, then proceeded to go to our attic and used fancy equipment that said we had roof rats. There were no droppings in the attic nor in the basement only in this cabinet. None of the attic insulation showed any sign of movement. He said to fix our problem it would cost of $2500. My husband couldn't believe the amount and asked him if I trusted the person. I informed him that I trusted the company because we've had excellent service with them for years. So we went with them. Unfortunately for us, they sent a salesperson. After we paid and signed a contract, we were told by their own service people that we had a mouse/mice and no roof rats, squirrels etc. Not an issue at all. In fact the mouse was coming from the lower level and not the attic. We were taken for. Its sad that this person hasn't the ethic and just was looking for money. We will continue to use Breda for their pest, but not for any other business. The person they sent will not be welcomed in our home again. I believe it is this person not the company or the servicemen that perform the work. It is sad they would do this to a current customer and put themselves in jeopardy of losing us. If it weren't for my pest person, I would look for another company. They need to let go of that dishonest sales rep.

The company called to schedule the appointment before I had a chance to call them. The tech was on time and did a vrery thorough job. He explained several things I could do to keep pests from entering my home.

I relatively thought that Breda Pest Management's service was not worth it and it went very quickly. I'm not sure they really did anything. They didn't spend much time so I don't know what they did. I probably could have done the same thing.

The technician arrived early and explained what he was there to do. He also looked around and pointed out areas that I needed to seal in order to keep the bugs out. He treated the house inside and out, and I haven't seen a bug since. I was so pleased with the price and service that I signed on for their quarterly treatments.

Very well...very professional. We ended up signing up for their Quarterly Pest Control Service. They have always advised us when the quarterly service is due and they show up on time. Their employees are very courteous and friendly. There have been several occasions when a few insects have appeared after their spraying and we were impressed by their quick response. This is a professional and reliable company. I always receive a call to schedule our quarterly pest treatment at my convenience. Employees are polite and professional and take great care in protecting our property. We have been pleased with the courtesy of all employees and pleased with the results of their work. Our experience with the termite treatment was superior. Every detail was fully explained to us so we understood what would be done and why. Again, the employees were knowledgable and professional. Care was taken while working on our property. The termites were successfully abolished. When we had foundation repair to our home to stop a water leak, Breda came out and retreated the area where the dirt had been disturbed by the digging. Great company!

We used Breda for mosquito spraying for two summers as part of an Angie's Big Deal. In addition, last summer we also had them treat our house for other 'pests.' The technicians always called the day before coming. We had a bit of a problem with some flies on our screened in porch, but they came back again to spray when the flies reappeared. Overall we were very happy. Unfortunately, this year, they are no longer partnering with Angie's list for this deal. I got a call that they would be coming out to spray last week unless I called to tell them not to come and the charge would be $60. I didn't appreciate that fact that I had to call to tell them NOT to come, when I did not authorize them to come in the first place. We haven't decided what we were going to do yet this year for mosquito control, but this situation where I had to call to stop them from coming is not sitting well with us. I had hoped that they would provide a better deal for previous Angie's list customers, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Overall, they did a good job. We did not have mosquitos and were able to enjoy our yard over the summer months.

They called every time to let me know that they were coming as I requested. They were very good.

They did a great job. They started in summer and after the first treatment we saw zero mosquitos for the next couple of months. At the end of the summer we had seen only a few. I had used 2 other companies with lousy results. These guys are terrific. Professional, prompt and friendly. We are using them again this year and expect the same if not better results since we have already had our first treatment in March.

Had the HUGE American and German cockroaches. Treated outside and in, we are seeing them less and less.

I wasn't pleased at all with what Breda Pest Management came and did. I felt like I had paid money for something that I could have gotten for free if I would have just called them to come and do it. Basically I was paying them to come and do an energy audit and their only focus was the attic and I got no information about my basement and my window and the external temperatures of my house like the air entry point of my house. What was surprising was that again I paid for that service and a couple of weeks later I had a HFSC contractor come out and they gave me everything that Breda gave me and then some for free. Breda had this really cool video camera so I thought I was going to get some terrific feed back but I just didn't get any.

I initially used this company for a termite inspection needed to buy my home. The salesperson Rick came out and inspected the entire crawlspace and inside of the home using an infrared camera for free. He emailed the letter to my real estate agent. He also gave me a quote on the job for the rodent issue for 1600 included was annual treatment and a guarantee on the work with annual renewal of less than 200. Another company in the area quoted me 5800 for the same exact thing and was not able to offer the termite letter because they came out with a flashlight and screwdriver to do the inspection. Incidentally this other company "was" my agents pest control company for her home. Dustin and John came out to seal the crawlspace, disinfect everything and lay traps for the rodents. I had extensive openings in my crawlspace due to the age of the home. These two were creative and very patient in finding the best solution to assure the job would be done right. The company also offered a discount due to my military retirement and did not ask for payment until they were finished with the job and I was totally satisfied. They said the average job for this takes a few hours. My crawlspace took nearly 12 hours and the price was the same. This company is awesome and this is just another reason why they are top rated for pest control on Angie's List. Ty Breda with Rick, Dustin and John and ty Angie.

They do a great job! In the 4-5 years I've used them I've only had 1 person come to each job I had.

We have a contract with Breda for our bug problem. We have an older 70's house with lots of holes....the former owners weren't good at basic house maintenance. Anyhoo, Breda does a good job of keeping the little buggers away. They're very responsive and courteous. Would use them again easily!

They are excellent. I know Tom, he is the service person for both homes. He is just a really nice guy. The thing I like about them the most is, I have pets and they use all green products and I've never even had any one of my pups sneeze at their service. When they leave, there is very faint odor. The thing I like about them is that if I had an ant problem, they come in between the quarterly service or if I see any bugs, I call them. They are here within two or three days and immediately take care of the problem for no additional cost. They are excellent to deal with. I like the quality of service. I have given their name out to several people who used them. I don't recommend very many people or companies but I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Breda Pest Management really knew what they were doing and they were good at it. They said it upfront that they are not the cheapest but the are the best and I found that to be true. They are thorough and are very good about making sure that everything is done correctly. They are very professional.

I used them for termite control. They were able to eliminate termites and put in a system, and it is working out fine. I would like to give them all "As" across the board. When they were out on my property and actually servicing my yard, my interaction with them and the way they were respecting my property it was great, they were perfect. They were very professional. They were very thorough. They were very understanding of what I needed. They were responsive to me as a customer.
