Breda Pest Management

The experience with Breda was great from the first phone call. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will be using Breda for my future pest control needs.

It went well. Service people very friendly and informative.

I started with them on the Big Deal. They provided great service. They spray once a month of the mosquitos. They did such a great job that I have continued the relationship and they now spray for mosquitos and pests.

Breda Pest Management was fine. They came out and did what they said they were going to do. We have no complaints at all. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase.

We have continued to use Breda Pest Management. We first started using them 2 or 3 years ago. I am in contract with them and they come every month. The stuff they use is very effective. They are very professional and if you call to say between sprays that there's a problem, they're out the next day although that hasn't occur very often.

They have worked quite well. They called before they came and were timely. They came when they said they would, did their job and left without creating a mess.

The technician came on time in the window promised. He was very friendly and professional. He treated our house inside for preventive pest control and also removed an inactive wasp nest inside the wall. However, he told us that he is not authorized to cut the drywall because of liability reasons. So we had to arrange for cutting a small piece of drywall so that he can take the nest out. He came back at a later date to do outdoor pest control treatment because the yard was being cleaned that day. Overall everything went fine.

They employees that came out were fast and they did a good job. We just paid them just the price of the "Big Deal".

I would use them again in the future.

It went fine. The guy was really pushy about us signing a contract, which I could not do. Three months later I was called and they wanted to set up an appointment for them to come again and said I had agreed to do that which I had not. The treatment did work.

Everything went pretty good. Chris was professional and throughrough. He actually used his infered light to look at my pipe and told me where the leak was coming from in the ceiling of my garage.

I was with another company for termite and routine pest control and was not satisfied because i was still having issues with various insects, particularly when the weather changed. I decided to try Breda when i saw the Big Deal offer. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days of my purchase. The technician arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly - we discussed what i should expect since the last company was unable to rid my home of insects and would not return for follow-up treatments unless it had been at least two weeks. He was confident the treatment would work but if I was still having problems within a few days, he would gladly return. He provided me with a quote for termite service and was on his way. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. Although the initial treatment was definitely more effective than my previous exterminator the issue was not completely resolved. I was still seeing insects but significantly fewer than I had prior to the treatment. I emailed Breda to express my concerns. I promptly received a response advising that they would be willing to treat once more. Initially I was concerned about limiting to one more treatment since I didn't feel my issue was completely resolved, however I agreed to schedule the appointment. Same prompt service - appointment within a few days and the same technician arrived promptly. He seemed equally concerned that the initial treatment did not completely resolve the issue. When I inquired about the limit on only returning once he explained that if the problem continued it might be that I just needed to be on a recurring schedule rather than a one-time treatment. He further explained that I should definitely call if the problem persisted. He treated my house again and was in and out within 30 minutes. Its been over a month since the last treatment and I'm pleased to say my home is pest free. I highly recommend Breda's services.

The gentleman who performed the work was very professional and courteous. He showed up right on time, talked about the work that he was going to perform, and went about on his way. At the end of the work, he educated me on different approaches for a termite bond, but didn't try a hard sell. I gave the Quality a slightly lower mark because the standard practice is to walk around spraying the interior sills. There was no regard for over spray, on beds or other furniture next to windows. I may forego the interior spraying in the bedrooms next time.

They came and did the job very well. Started where I saw the problem and then went around the house, spraying and bating where they think will help.

We bought this house and research a pest management control company to keep the house safe from bugs. When they started we had some bugs in the house but with their treatment we almost got bug free... rarely we find a bug in the house...

It was a big deal purchase I made for $69 for pest control treatment and we still use them, we have a contract with them now. We are very, very happy. We are very pleased, there's nothing to say that's negative at all, they're very prompt and friendly, and they got the job done.

Did mosquito spraying - loved the stuff. Only issues were that they didn't set appointments and just showed up so if you weren't there - they just sprayed the front, not the back. Sprayed my blueberry bush and peach tree even when I asked the tech not to. One of those companies that you have to stay on top of. ood thing was a whole lot less mosquitoes

They did a great job, we have a pool out back and sit out at night often. Mosquitos were not a problem all summer long.

The tech was personable, friendly and efficient. I signed a one year contract following his visit.

wonderful - no problems, no surprises and best of all no bugs!
