Breda Pest Management

From the first contact through the actual treatment and cleanup, I was impressed with their friendly, professional service. I knocked off a star on quality, though because the patches they put in the garage where they drilled through the concrete to treat were rough and sloppy looking. We haven't seen anymore termite activity since the treatment, and they have a very good warranty that will cover retreatment if necessary. They beat the big names on price, and helped me feel comfortable with their company and the whole process.

Date might not be exact because I waited over a month to ensure there was no recurrence. Previously, I had been using a different pest control service. We initially had a roach problem when we moved into our new home and at first the problem seemed to get better. Then it got progressively worse until we were seeing roaches multiple times a week, even during the day, all over the house. After multiple service calls, we dropped our previous pest control company. Breda came highly recommended and seemed the most knowledgeable over the phone so I scheduled with them. The only downside is they only work during regular business hours (8-5) so I need to take time off. The nice thing is they do not give appointment windows like most contractors, they give a specific time so you aren't sitting around wasting hours of your day. The technician arrived right on time and got right to work. He was friendly and extremely professional and clearly explained their pest control process and how they would handle the roach problem specifically. It has now been over a month and so far we have been 100% roach free (other than a couple dead ones during the first couple weeks). I am very confident that Breda will be able to handle any insect pest control needs I may have in the future. As an added bonus Breda ended up costing about $10 a month less than my previous pest control company (the intial visit was a little over $100 I believe, but regular quarterly are at $90).

The service from Breda Pest Management was fine, that was like a while ago though. As far as I remember they were fine, no issues.

It went great. I wasn't at home, I don't know what they did, but I know they did the inside and outside. My family was there and they said they did great. Whatever they did stopped the pests and insects and stuff. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

All was great & I was extremely happy until my service man asked me to feed him & kissed me on the forehead. Then he proceeded to hug me after I made him a lunch to go. I live alone with 2 children. I immediately called the office to report his behavior & the lady on the phone laughed & says he's harmless. I did not get to speak with the owner.

Mark arrived on time and was very courteous. After asking me a few questions about what sort of pests I was seeing and where, he got right to work and got the job done quickly. I would definitely use Breda Pest Management again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was awesome, we really like them. The gentleman seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions that we had for him. He was very polite. He pretty much worked on his own and he was gone in about 20 minutes or so. They did a good job and we were pleased with his work. I did see some problems and they were able to come by to inspect it. We're still seeing problems so I'm gonna call them back and get into a contract with them.

We had used them previously with a Big Deal that we had purchased and was very pleased then so we called them again to schedule a termite inspection. The came out and did the inspection and again were very happy with their service. They explained the process and outcome very thoroughly and we will call them again if we have any future concerns or needs.

The technician was friendly yet professional. He explained the procedures details of my pest problems. The work was done quickly yet thoroughly. It has been a month with not one pest in sight. I would highly recommend Breda to Angie's members. The cost was well worth the service that I received. I would definitely use Breda again.

The experience was fairly easy. It was interesting to watch the method of using infrared camera's to check for infestation! The technician was professional but seemed to lack something which would have led me to trust his judgement and skills to a higher degree. I did not expect to be sent repeated mail the following year requesting me to keep up the "contract"? or inspection at a high yearly price. I chose not to do this.

came to the house to do treatment for bugs, This is the first time I have used this company, the man showed up and sprayed everything in under 10 minutes. Inspected upstairs and broke a light bulb while up there. He told my wife he broke a light bulb and didn't bother to clean it up or anything. So when I come home from work I have to clean this guy's mess up. Was not happy at all with service, seemed like a company who just wanted money and not concerned with customer. Now 3 months later they kept calling my wife wanting to know when they can come back!!! I DO NOT recommend this company, there are many other companies out there that have good records

I had a roach problem in my kitchen. I purchased a BigDeal coupon on-line, and the Breda Pest Management was able to arrange the time for the treatment right away. So far, there is no complain for the roach problem any more. I am very happy with their services, and would like to use this services whenever I need it in the future.

This provider was VERY through and covered areas that other providers ignored. I have been through many pest control companies, But this is the one that actually did the job. The others tried, but they did not know what they were doing. This company did.

They were really good. I went with them because they have like all natural chemical's and they were not too pricey. I appreciated that Chris took the time to answer all of my questions he was very informative. They were very professional, and friendly. They took care of the problem , I saw major results after the first time. It is a company that I would recommend to someone. I also liked the fact that I was not binded to a contract, and they told me within the three months that they would come back out if I needed without any additional charge.

The staff of Breda were courteous, prompt and professional. We had not had a termite inspection in several years, and needed someone we could trust to assess any infestation or damage. We did not have an infestation, but were left with an estimate for preventative treatment should we choose to do so. We would definitely use Breda in the future! Very happy!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was fine. I liked the fact that they used more natural pest deterrents that are not as harmful to humans and pets as the others. They used more naturally-based insecticides.

They don't seem too bad, I've had to call to call them up because we had issues with pest in the home when they sprayed but they followed it up and did fine, they're not a problem to be honest. Not too bad at all. Just that they're local and they turn up at the time they said, they were there, customer service was good I supposed.

Ken was very professional. He was actually early for the appointment! He worked very quickly and gave me information about what he was doing. I had purchased the "deal" on Angie's List, so there was no payment hassle. Obviously, I won't know the effectiveness of the treatment until later, but I am very happy with the services Breda provided today.

I purchased the big deal. They did a good job. I had to sign up for a whole year. You sign up for quarterly, but then you can cancel if you want.
